"Ringgggggg!!!" My alarm yelled at 7:00 in the morning. Exactly 7:00 in the morning. I'm very punctual.I got up and realized it was Friday. I smiled my picture perfect smile went to my closet and picked out my cheer outfit, a blue and white shirt and skirt. I went to my bathroom and did my perfectly blond hair in a super high ponytail. I went down the stairs to the kitchen where my beautiful mother was cooking blueberry pancakes with scrambled eggs. I sniffed in the wonderful smell of cooking batter and warm eggs. I sat at the table and did my nails in a French manicure. My father came down and kissed my mother before sitting at the table to read the newspaper. Dadys a congressman and gets played a ton of money, so he gets in the newspaper a lot. Mother is a librarian and hosts a book club every Wednesday and Friday at our house. Mother served me my pancakes and eggs with a cup of hot coco. When I was finished I went back to the bathroom to do my makeup. I put eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow, blush, and lip gloss on. I did some touch ups when father called me.

"Victoria? Can you come here please dear?"he asked. I rushed down to the kitchen and put an innocent look on my face.

"Victoria, can you explain this?" He asked as he held up a phone bill. OMG he was making a big deal out of nothing.

"Daddy, it's just a few hundred dollars!"

"Victoria a hundred could turn in to thousands, thousands turn into millions. You know the rules Victoria." He told me in a stern voice.

"But daddy if I can't text or call people, they will start talking and then my whole high school years will be ruined, maybe my life! I just wanna be like you! Strong and resourceful, fameous, and without texting I will never be that! Are you going to ruin my life for a few hundred dollars?" I said faking a cry. I knew he would crack, it happens all the time. I have both my parents feeding out of my hand.

"Oh Victoria, you know I don't want that! Here sweetie what do you want? I'll buy you it on my way home!" He said. Score!

"Well(sniff) I....(sob) I would like a (sniff) I want the new( sniff and pause for effect) iPhone." I told him.

"Ok.sweetie sure can do" he said. Then my mother told me to.redo.my make up and then she drove me to school.
