Even though South Cambridgeshire, East Hertfordshire, Cambridge, and London are real places in England, the town names and places I've listed and come up with in my story are completely fictitious.
All my characters and ideas in my story are purely from my imagination, everything's a work of fiction. Synopsis
Sometimes, moving to a different place can be both exciting and scary, especially if it's in a different country. But for sixteen-year-old Hannah Owens, the idea of being in someplace new and meeting new people is an awesome experience. Though from the moment she and her family arrive at their new home, there's something slightly odd about the place that she feels but can't quite place at first. Something...eerie. A series of strange things begin to happen within the first week. Horrible nightmares invade Hannah's mind, followed by sounds of bathwater running at ungodly hours of the morning. As the days go by, things get even creepier. And her parents seem totally unaware of what's going on; only Hannah notices everything. Determined to know why this is happening, she starts a little research of her own. She comes to find out that a supernatural presence inhabiting her house is behind these occurrences and wants her to find the person responsible for their murder a year ago. With the help of her new friends from school, they all try to piece the puzzle together and find clues that might lead them to the perpetrator. But as they search for answers, Hannah doesn't realize the killer is actually closer than she thinks, and they will do just about anything to keep her from finding the truth.
