Wings Of Blood: Quiet Rainforest

Prologue

   "I can't stand this! All we can only do is hide from all in this pity, humid, and savage rainforest!" Soulfighter groaned. The dark blue and black Nightwing looked at his daughter, worried.

     "One year, Soul. We've hidden for one Year." Frozenmarble spoke softly.
     She looked at QuietShadow. The young Icewing-Nightwing hybrid was silent. QuietShadow knew why they were hiding; why they never let her out of the cave. She wasn't that stupid. She keeps viewing her parents' minds. Her parents were wanted.
    All because of me...
    She didn't understand. Why would Rainwings hunt them down? Soulfighter hesitated. He heard something from outside.
    "They found us." He said in a very soft voice.
   "We need to leave her here and leave. They are after us, not her." Frozenmarble took QuietShadow and hid her under shadow of rocks
     "Are you serious? You know we can't leave her here! You know what happens if a Nightwing doesn't learn to-"
"I am not!" QuietShadow spoke sharply.
"Shadow, You need you to survive on your own. They are afte-"
    "I know mom. I heard."
   "There coming, Frozenmarble..." Soulfighter had this panic in his voice.
    Frozenmarble put a scroll next to QuietShadow.
   "If we never come back, here is what you need to learn about the herbs and animals. I wrote it myself. Don't forget all those skills we tau-" Frozenmarble flinched when she heard other dragons coming.
    "WE KNOW YOU'RE THERE!" A voice called out from the dark.
   "We have to go..." Soulfighter cooed at QuietShadow and took off with Frozenmarble, both not looking back.
QuietShadow hid patiently as she read the minds of the Rainwings..... If most of them are completely Rainwings.
There they go.
We should go.
Where is RoseKiller?
    "AFTER THEM!" A Rainwing called out. The dragons flew away. Soon, there were no sign of their voices.
QuietShadow poked her head out, scanning the area.
     I'm alone now. And with the sound of wind, she began to cry.
