Chapter Nine

     I sneek in his room and check if he is still sleeping. I saw him still at rest then I decided to go downstair straight to the kitchen and to my surprise breakfast is already prepared.
"Who did this?"I mumbled.
"Oh there you are"I heard someone talk at my back. I check who it was.
"Margarita? How did you--"
"Don't you remember I already invited in this house?"she explain.
"But,who says you can get in and out whenever you want? Why don't you give us a call?"
"I don't have your number. C'mmon take a sit and eat" she grab my shoulder and put me in a chair.
"You just wait here I'm going in his room to bring him some breakfast" she said so cheerfully. I let out a sigh and just eat.
I heard footsteps coming and I knew it was Sam and Cody. They take a sit in front of me.
"Is it Margarita?"Sam ask.
"Yeah" I answer.
"What is she doing here?"
"I don't know."
"You girls really don't know huh?"Cody said while putting some food in his plate.
"What do you mean?" Sam said with confusion.
"I think..."
I look at him and wait for what he was going to say.
"She likes to cook for us. She's not that bad after all"
I roll my eyes and shake my head.
"I really don't know and besides we met her only yesterday. Not to mention that she almost killed Ram"I explain.
"Well Avril,she has her reasons. We provoke her to do such things. "We" attack her. Of course,she will defend herself,right?"
"Whatever. Say what you wanna say but still I don't trust someone like her"I stand up and walk away from them. I almost get inside my room when I heard something.
"Why are you here all of a sudden?"Its a voice from a man and its Ram for sure.
"I just wanna make some breakfast for you"Margarita answer
"You don't have to do this"
"Its okay,I don't have anything to do so I decided to visit you"
"Well,thanks. It is much appreciated.But,you don't have to bother yourself"
"Just let me do this,okay? So I'll go ahead. Hope you like what I prepare for you"
"Okay"
"Oh wait! Can I visit you again,right?"
"Maybe,if I'm not that busy"
*kiss*
I heard the sound of kiss.
I'll just take a deep breath and get inside my room.
Its better not to eavesdrop in anyones conversation. You might hear some things you don't want to hear. But,why do I get so affected? I mean who cares if they get along or not? Its none of my business.
"I shouldn't be bother about this"
I muttered.
"Avril"I'm in shock when someone call my name.
"Yes?" I answer without looking but still I know who he was.
"Can you come with me today?"
"Where ?"
"Just wanna have some leisure walk"
"Sure"
"I'm gonna wait you outside"
"Okay" I simply answered.
After that,he left me alone in my room. I change my clothes and go outside. Ram is waiting for me inside his car. So I hop in and he start to drive.

     He brought me at the park. Many people were here. Well, its Sunday and most of them have their family bonding. Like what he said we take a walk and stop by a playground and sat at the swing.
"Look at them,they sure have a lot of fun"I pointed at the children playing. Ram look at what I talk about.
"This is what I used to do when I was a kid back then. But of course its a bit different 'cause the playground before is not that improvise. I'm contented and really had fun to do this kind of things before. Especially,when I'm with them. That is the only life I want"
I go on and saw Ram listening in what I've said.
"I felt bad to invite you to go out"he said.
"Why?"
"You remember your past. The past that make you miss the things you used to before. Is that make you sad?"
"No,its okay. Its fine. I can't help but miss it and thats the only thing I can do. To reminisce the memory of my past"
"At least you remember some good memories about it. Take that as a good thing"
"Of course,no matter what happen I'll keep all of it in my mind. No one will ever erase it"
I let out a smile and feel the light from the sun.
"Hi,I'm Maxine and you are?"
"Raffie"
"Nice to meet you"
I heard the two kids having a conversation.
"Maxine,c'mmon we need to go say bye to your friend"Her parents call him because they need to leave.
"Bye Raffie. We will meet again and play" the little girl smile so cute and the little boy just nod and smile too.
I smile when I saw the two of them. Most friendship starts in a place like this. I remember someone. I have a friend before,we first meet when my parents and I go for a picnic and his family also. We play and make friends. We introduce ourselves with each other and his name is Zachary.Everytime we go at that place we always play and really had fun. But not until they didn't show up. At first I thought maybe next time we will meet again or maybe his parents were busy thats why they can't make to go at that place again. Weeks,months and years pass by but he didn't show up anymore.
"Hey,I'm gonna buy some food. Wait me here,okay?" I heard Ram talk to me.
"Sure" I answer.
He start to walk away from me. I just sat there and look at all people around the park.
"Hey!" Someone beside me show up.
"Oh hey Zach!"
"What are you doin' here?"
"I should be the one who ask. What are you doing here?"
"Nothing,I just take a walk"he said casually.
"Me too. I mean "we" "
"Your with someone?"
"I'm with Ram. He invited me to go out"
"Ahh,if I invite you? Would you go out with me too?
"Maybe?"
And we laugh at each other. After a minute Ram finally back with two burger in his hand.
"Ram do you remember him,right?" I ask him and he look unsmiling.
"Of course"
"Oh hey! Nice to see you again" Zach greet him.
Ram give me the burger in his other hand and give the last one to Zach.
"How about you?" Zach ask.
"I'm gonna buy another one"Ram answer.
"Uhmm Ram I can share mine with you. I'm not that hungry. I eat a lot for breakfast" I said and Ram stop in front of me. I started to tore it in two.
"There you go! You can have the other half" I smile at him and he accept it.
"If your still hungry I can also share mine bro!" he said sarcastically.
"No thanks" he said without expression.
"Come on lets go somewhere"Ram said then he hold my arm.
"I'll go ahead"Zach said but still sitting at the swing beside me.
"You wanna go with us?" I ask. I mean its a bit rude to leave him. At least I ask.
"If its okay with Ram then I'll go with you"
"I thinks its okay,right?"
I look at Ram and he just nod.
"What are we waiting for? Lets go!" He said so cheery.
