"Hey mom?"
"Yes sweetie?"
"Can I go hangout at Jack's house?"
"Who's Jack?" She raised her eyebrow.
"He's just a friend from school. Don't give me that look ya weirdo!" I yelled as I pushed her shoulder a little bit.
"Fine, fine. But I want to meet him." She added.
"Okaaay. But I already know that you're going to like him." I whined.

•••Teleport Location•••
•••Jack's House•••

I walked up to the door of Jack's house but didn't knock just yet. Instead, I had turned around and looked at my mom to give her the "Don't Embarrass Me" speech.

"Mom, I really like this guy, so it would be helpful if you behaved yourself." I told her.

"Fine, it's not like I wanted to have fun with it anyway." She said with a devious smile.

I turned around to knock on his door. I knocked and waited a little to hear the sound of dishes and a few curse words.

"Hey!" Jack said loudly as he opened the door to greet us.

"Hey Jack!" I said hugging him," This is my mom, (y/m/n)." I said gesturing towards her.

"Hi! It's awesome to be able to meet you!" He said shaking her hand politely.

"You to! You know, (y/n) over here was just dying for me to meet you. She was like, There is this totally hot guy I want you to meet mom! I have the biggest crush on him!" She said trying I impersonate me.

"Hehe, wait WHAT?!?!" That's not true! I never said that! I think it's time for you to go home now mom." I said pushing her out of the door before she could say anything else.

I closed the door, turned around and leaned on it so she couldn't come back in. But when I turned around, I turned around to a giggling Jack.

"That's not what I said at all!! It's not funny!!" I yelled as a small blush appeared on my cheeks.

It was awkward silence for a moment but then I heard a small dog bark in the back yard.

"When did you get a dog?" I asked him, raising my eyebrow.

"It's not mine. I'm dog sitting for my parents." He explained.

"Oh, he's so cute! What's his name!" I asked petting him on the head.

"His name's Gizmo." He told me.

I looked up to see Jack staring at me. I got a little blush on my face and asked him, " What're you staring at Jack?"

" I'm sorry I just got lost in you're beautiful (e/c) eyes." He said with a blush forming on his face as well.

" So, my friends and I are going out to dinner tonight and I was wondering if you wanted to come?" He asked.

" Sure! Why not." I said with a smile.

It was at least a minute of awkward silence between the two of us before he asked if I wanted to play some video games.

" Do you like PC or Consol games better?" He asked

"I like Consol games because they're better for co-op games. It also depends on what games you have. Got Halo?" I asked.

" 4 or 5?" He said holding them up.

" Umm... 5."

" Ready to kick some Alien ass?"

" Let's do it!"
