Kingdom IV, Eldaland
|Present|Citizen-King Zhohar and his queen Rey sat proudly overlooking the large festival over the kingdom. Kingdom IV had grown much since the reign of Pharaoh. They were all at peace, and even started a new form of government; a citizen monarchy. The kingdom established a style of which they would vote on the best suited people to rule over them.
"We should have more festivals, my king," Rey whispered into Zhohar's ear as she touched his hand.
"We shall then, my beautiful wife. Aurelius, come forth, my good son," he called as his young son to the stage platform.
"Look father, one of the children has given me a gift. It's a wooden horse, father," the little boy said, handing him a small carved horse.
"That's great my son. Are you making many of friends?" He asked his son with a large smile.
"Yes, father. These festivals are quite fun!"
"Even our son's on board," Rey said with a chuckle. "I love what we've built, my sweet Zhohar," she said, running her hands through her husband's short hair.
"Let me voice myself," Zhohar said, standing up from his throne, and ordering his trumpet men to signal a message.
After a few loud, obnoxious sounds from the trumpets, everyone focused their attention to the citizen-King. "My good people are you having fun?!"
He smiled brightly as her heard the cheers of his people. "I am so glad to be your citizen-King and that my queen and I have brought safety, alliance, faith, and prosperity to this land. After the terrible reign of Pharaoh, all hope was lost. And with you all standing by, we knit together and stood as one, whole union. Together we are stronger than any tyrant and any turmoil they may bring. Please continue with this grand festival," he finished with a hearty laugh and sat back down beside his queen.
"This is good. This is all good," Rey said as she picked up her son, placing a kiss on his head.
Camelot
|The Next Day|Ben sat up in bed abruptly, sweat dripping from his sculpted chest. Up and down in short bursts, his chest moved, waking Regina next to him. She rubbed her eyes, and squinted at her lover. "Ben, what's wrong?" She asked groggily, placing a gentle hand on his chest.
Still breathing heavily, he turned his head towards her, his eyes wide with fear. "Y-you, laying, blood, and y-you were dead. You-you died. By the sword. Dark...figure."
"Ben, Ben, calm down. I'm here. I'm okay," she assured, and laid his head on her chest.
He got out of her grasp and struggled out of bed as he grabbed an intricate velvet robe with gold stitchings and trim. As he wrapped it around himself, he rushed towards his lover, grabbing her face. "I'm going to Merlin," he said, kissing her quickly, and sped to the double doors.
"Ben! Stop, Ben. Come here."
"I'll be back!"
