OK, first story on Wattpad so please be nice!

Prologue:

There are thing in my world called Guardians. Every person that is born has a Guardian. The Guardian is born at the same time as the person, and each Guardian is a different animal and gender, depending on the baby. If the baby is a girl, the Guardian is usually a boy. If the baby is a boy, the Guardian is usually a girl. You cannot see your Guardian unless they want you to. They protect us without our knowing and they don't die unless we do. They can transform into a human and their animal when they wish to. When a person meets their Guardian, the Guardians creature appears somewhere on the person's body.  This is the story of my Guardian and me.

 Caroline POV:

At 16 years of age, I was shorter than most girls, but slim and curvy. I had piercing blue eyes, dark blonde hair and hadn't met my Guardian yet. Today was Friday, and I had just gotten out of school. I took a walk in the woods, feeling restless. Not thinking, I wandered further than I should - it was dangerous in these woods. I glanced around nervously. A fox emerged from the bushes, snarling and growling. I backed away cautiously. It lunged at me and I shrieked, tumbling to the ground. I quickly lifted my hands to protect my face. Another creature snarling had me cringing. Then the sounds of battle hit my ears and I sat up, surprised. A humongous black wolf was fighting the fox fiercely, as if his life depended on it. I gaped, my Guardian!!! The wolf gave the fox one last warning nip and it scurried away. Then the wolf turned to me and glared. It went behind a tree and a boy, my age, came out. He had boxers on, thank heavens, but no shirt. Man, did he have ABS!! Mmm. . . He crouched in front of me, his piercing gray eyes staring sternly into my blue ones. His midnight black hair was messed up, and he looked perfect. Most people marry their Guardians (my parents are an example), and now I can see why. His shoulders were broad and strong and then his body narrowed at his slim waist, then broadened at his sturdy legs. He was absolutely perfect. Except for the fact that he was glaring at me. He sighed, rubbing his temples and breaking eye contact. 'You're an idiot,' his voice was a deep, sexy rumble.'You know better than to go this far into the woods!'

I dropped my eyes to their ground, feeling stupid. 'Sorry.' I whispered.

He sighed again, this time sounding amused. I felt his finger under my chin, turning my face up to look at him. He rubbed our noses together. 'Im sorry I scolded you - I'm just worried about you. You haven't been yourself lately, what's bothering you?' he said softly.

I melted against his finger - he was so sweet! 'I just wanted to meet you. My friends have been going on about how they've already met their Guardians.' I replied, feeling tears well up in my eyes.

'Shh, I know. I was beside you all the time. I have never left your side.' he murmured, gathering me up into his arms and tucking me under his chin, against his warm chest.

I snuggled into him, inhaling his sexy scent. 'Always? What about when I go to the toilet or take a shower?' I asked, curious.

He grinned down at me mischievously. 'Don't worry, love, I don't watch. I just face the other way and keep a look out for danger.' he replied, chuckling.

I sighed in relief. 'What's your name?' I asked.

'Jack Winters.' he replied, flashing me a charming grin.

My heart fluttered. I closed my eyes and just leant against his chest. 'Where do you sleep?' I asked.

'Next to you.' he murmured.
