Mason POV

The bright sunlight burned my eyes as I opened them.

"Oww.."

I say shielding them with my hands.

I smiled, and stretched.

"Morning world!"

I laughed.

Going to the very top I saw the sun rising.

Climbing down I see three figures down below.

My eyes widened.

"Someone found me...."

I go down and see a girl with midnight black hair, and then I see familiar brown hair and raven black hair.

I was mad.

"What the hell Nathan?!"

I don't care if they are sleeping.

I knock each and every one in the head.

They sit up rubbing their heads.

I glare at Nathan.

"You stupid ...traitor!"

I yell.

"Shut up, Prince...This girl wanted to see you."

Nathan said looking down and pointing to the girl with black hair.

Even though I wasn't fond of Nathan currently, somehow some way when he said that it hurt...a lot. I shook my head and turned toward the girl.

She was staring at me blankly,.

Oh shoot I just hit a girl.

I went to her and bowed.

"Sorry for punching you miss, if there is anything I can do for you I would be happy to help. My deepest and sincerest apologizes."

She kept staring at me blankly and peered at me closely.

"Actually..."

Nathan's POV

"Actually..."

London turned around and looked at me, putting out her hand.

I grabbed a piece of candy out of my pocket and put it on her hand.

She nodded, popping the candy in her mouth.

The prince stared at me, and then her.

London turned toward the prince.

"There is a problem outside the castle."

The prince looked at her in confusion.

"A....problem?"

London nodded.

"Yes. I was thrown away by my mother, because she couldn't afford to feed me anymore. She can only feed herself food, a piece of bread a day. Only ¼ of my town can feed themselves. People are poor, dirty, rude, mean... People yell at each other, steal, hurt.... Ever since 3 years ago."

I looked at the prince.

He gulped.

...huh?

...is there a problem in the castle or....?

I furrowed my eyebrows.

The prince looked concerned.

"People have been fighting?"

He asked, and London nodded.

His eyes narrowed, and his hands curled into fists.

"Hmm...."

He turned to me.

"Did the same happen in your town?"

He asked, a little coldly.

My heart suddenly felt like it was getting stabbed.

"No, prince, not like you'd care."

I returned his question twice as coldly.

His eyes widened for a second, then he looked away.

I huffed and got up off the dirt, storming away.
