"Hi! I am Gravity, Newton's robot at your service.."

Woah! Ano raw? Robot?

Tumayo ako mula sa pagkakahiga para mas tignan nang maigi. Sinubukan ko rin katukin and I discovered that the thing in front of me is made of metal. Oh my god! Robot ba talaga siya? Lumingon ako sa paligid para tignan kung nasaan ako but the entire place is empty. It is made of black glass walls kaya hindi ko naman makita kung anong nasa labas. May malaking rectangular table sa gitna at dito ako nahiga kanina. I stared at the robot and saw a silver tray beside it.

"Oh my god. How did you remove that from me?" gulat kong tanong kahit hindi ako sigurado kung naiintindihan ba ako ng kausap ko. Nandoon na sa tray yung kutsilyong nasa braso ko kanina! May bandage na rin yung braso ko.

I remember that I was stabbed. Tinulungan ako nung isang lalaki hanggang makarating kami sa fire exit. Then, the guys who stole my popcorn pointed their guns at me. Sinakal ako nung isa at pinagbantaan tapos... tapos..

Oh crap. Everything went black after that.

"I am also a medical robot. Do you want me to heal your broken heart?" the robot answered which made me laugh

Loka-loka 'to ah!

"Oh, my heart is not broken.." natatawang sagot ko, "What is your name again?"

"Hi! I am Gravity. You are?"

Ngumiti ako, "Daphnie.."

Nagulat ako dahil biglang umilaw ang mga mata niya. They turned red. "Daphnie is not from Newton. Daphnie is not from Newton. Daphnie is not from Newton." paulit-ulit niya sabi dahilan upang mapaurong ako.

Ano raw!?

The lights started to flicker and Gravity's eyes remained red. Napasigaw ako nang makita kong papalapit sa akin yung robot! Tumalon ako pababa ng mesa at tumakbo palayo. Jusko dai, kanina tao yung gustong pumatay sa akin. Ngayon robot naman!?

"Help!" kinakatok ko yung mga glass walls habang sumisigaw, "tulong!"

Hindi ko talaga maintindihan bakit nangyayari sa akin 'to. Criminal ba ako sa past life ko? Gusto ko lang naman magcelebrate ng birthday ko kahit ako lang. Bakit pati yun bawal?

"Gravity, stop." a cold voice filled the empty room

Natigilan ako at lumingon sa paligid pero wala namang tao, pero tumigil nga yung robot! The lights stopped flickering and the robot's eyes returned to normal. I sighed as hot tears rolled down my cheeks. It scared the hell out of me. Akala ko mamamatay na talaga ako.

The glass door opened and I heard a bunch of footsteps coming in. I looked and saw the same guys from the popcorn station, but only five of them actually came in.

The brown-haired guy with shades.

Yung mukhang mahiyain pero patagong kumuha sa cinema ticket ko.

Another guy who looks very quiet.

The one who helped me reach the fire exit.

And the one who held my neck and threatened me.

They grabbed the Schiavello chairs around the table and sat. The guy who helped me gave me a cue to sit too, so I slowly did. Umupo ako sa kabilang side ng table habang nandoon naman sila sa isa pa.

"Hi?" sabi ko

Humalakhak yung lalaking nakashades kaya napakunot ang noo namin at nagtatakang tumingin sa kanya.

"What?" natatawang tanong niya sa mga kasama niya, "she is just too cute... and brave."
