I could not get that girl out of my head. Why hadn't I seen her before? Hopefully, she'd be at school. However, knowing my luck, she's probably home schooled.

I soon as I got there my friends found me.

"Hey" said Jackson.

"Hey" I said back.

Soon we were doing what we always did. Around lunchtime I finally saw the girl. She was reading a book.

"Who's she?", I asked Locus.

"Just Ava." He said causally.

"Why?," asked Liam,"Are you in love?"

"How can I love someone I never met?" I countered,"It was just a question."

"She's not even worth looking into, that's what I think,"said Liam.

"She just reads her book. Doesn't ever talk to anybody besides her closest friends," said Jackson.

"All right," I said, "I was just wondering."

School was about as boring as usual. Teachers should really make schools more interesting. It's  no wonder that Dad dropped out. To bad Mom won't let me.

After school was over for the day I asked the Guys If they wanted to hang out more. They said no; they had another thing to do. So I went home.

While passing Ava's house I looked in the yard. On the porch the girl waved at me before entering the house. I was temped to call out to her, but decided not to.
