Bailey PoV
I was distracted using my phone while pushing the cart as my mom calls me
Judie: Bailey quit using your phone and help me get this done
I slid my phone inside my bag and I helped my mom
Judie: ok thanks, we just need milk, a dozen of eggs, and three apples
I nod as I quickly got the milk and followed my mom while using my phone after how many minutes I look up and noticed the person I was following the whole time isn't my mom but before I could stop I bumped into someone and we both fell
Bailey: oh my god I am so sorry
I said as I stood up and helped him and our eyes met and there was an awkward silence......until he slightly shook his head and said
Boy: it's ok
then I quickly spot my mom at the corner getting eggs, so I ran off as I hurriedly approached her
Judie: where were you?
I said as I kept on panting
Bailey: I was
I try to catch my breath
Bailey: lost
Judie: oh..maybe next time you should stick with me instead of your phone
I rolled my eyes and followed her as we get the apples and then we went to pay and drove off going home
