It was free period and friday,and I was on the field smoking a cigarette and choking at that.
I usually don't smoke but I heard cigarette calm your nerves and I am in desperate need of that.
“What the hell Adriana” My best friend Tina yelled. She grabbed the cancer stick out of my mouth and stomped on it.
“Your only 16 and your smokin and when did you start doing that” She was in front of me with her hands on her hips.
“I'm about to be 17 in 2 days and I just stared now”
“They way you was coughing I should've known but why are you doin this” She demanded
“Because Ty is stressing me out” I sighed
“Figured” She rolled her eyes
I ignored what she said because my phone started to ring and when I pulled it out it dropped on the grass and by the time I went to pick it up I had missed the call.
“Shit” I whispered when I seen who called....Tyreese
“Tyreese called huh” Tina said smugly
“Tina I know you don't like him and all but please not now” I was going to dial Ty up but he called again.
“Hello” I said nervously
“Where you at”Ty asked
“Football field”
“Alright i'm comin” With that he hung up
“Damn it, Tina do me a favor please”
“What”
“Switch shirts with me”
“Uh-Uh I aint bout to smell like no old hag”
“Please” I begged and she took off her tank top and tossed it to me, I took off my shirt and gave it to her and then put her tank top on.
Not even 5 seconds after we was done Ty and his 6 friends walked over to us.
I kissed Ty on the lips and pulled back, it was quiet for about 8 seconds until Ty said something to Tina
“Still bitchy?” He asked
“Only to people like you” She spat
“Please tell me what you mean by that” He spoke
“You know”
“No I don't”
“Putting hands on my bestfriend”
“Okay that's enough, Tina all he did was grab me up you act like he slapped me” I said frustrated
“You don't get it Anna he WILL!” She yelled
“No he won't” I stated firmly
“Ugh! Your being so stupid” She yelled and walked off, I was going to go after her retreating form but Tyreese grabbed me and I flinched.
“You scared of me now?”Ty moved my red hair out of my face
“No” I muttered
“Then why you flinch just now”
“You caught me off guard” I said
His brownish green eyes locked on my dark brown ones and I instantly drowned in them. He bent down and kissed me gently then pulled back.
“You still comin at my place after school”
“Yeah” I said softly
“Meet me at my car....don't make me wait” His smooth voice said
