Trapped

CHAPTER 3

AN: I think I said something about being exited about re-writing this in the last chapter.... Hahaha no. I'm exited that trapped will be back, just not the whole writing the whole book a second time thing. I'm sorry for the month-long wait. School has just started and I have no time for anything anymore.

Anyways....

*Slides on glasses*

*Pulls blanket farther over shoulders*

*sighs*

Lets do this thing

JULIANNE'S POV

"I think they closed the store with us in it" I tell the anxious group behind me.


"Do you think they locked the doors?" Liam asks.


"Let's go check" I say and walk out of the room. I'm quickly pulled back inside.


"We can't just walk out! We need some type of weapon just incase somebody is out there!" Niall hisses. I grab a broom from the metal shelf. The others catch on and grab the rest of the cleaning utensils.


"I think we are ready now" I say and walk back towards the doorway. I cautiously walk out, the broom in ready position incase something attacked. I peaked my head out and looked around to see no living things.


"The coast is clear" I whisper. The rest of them walk out.


"Now what?" Erin asks.


"We should probably go turn the light on" Harry suggests.


"Good idea, I will lead the way" Louis says and starts to walk ahead of the group. The rest of us follow. I slow down a little so I can fall behind them.


Erin does the same, and as soon as we are behind them, we look at each other. We both know that we are thinking the exact same thing.


"I'm still freaking out inside" I whisper to Erin. She nods her head as a huge smile creeps onto her face.


"Just stay calm" she whispers back.


"I'll try" I answer.


We eventually get to where the 'grand switch' is and Liam flicks it on. All of the lights suddenly flick on and the whole building is filled with bright lights.


"MY EYES!" I scream and squeeze my eyes shut. The light hurts since I had been seeing in very dim lighting for the past couple of hours. It kinda felt like the feeling you get once a movie is over and you go outside the theatre.


I finally open my eyes to see the boys rolling around on the floor, covering their eyes with their hands. Erin is standing next to me rubbing her eyes.


"Guys!" I scream. They all stop and look up at me.


"Pull it together" I tell them. They all laugh and begin to stand up.


"Now that y'all are done, let's get out of here" Erin says. We all run towards the main doors. I pull on the handle and the door does not open.


"It's locked, what do we do now? I don't suppose someone has a key to get out?" I ask. Everybody shakes their heads.


"Well then, I guess we'll have to stay here overnight and then leave once the doors are unlocked in the morning" Niall says. I groan.


"So then what do we do?" Harry asks.


"We could go to the furniture section and hang out there. I saw some nice couches when we were running" Zayn, who had been quiet the whole time suggests. We all agree and walk over there. It takes about 5 minutes, but we finally get there.


I run and jump on one of the couches. Apparently, Louis had the same idea and we both collided.


"Ow!" I rubbed my head in pain.


"Oops, sorry" Louis apologizes.


We find a little setup of four couches around a table and get comfortable there.


"I'm bored, let's get to know watch other better" Liam says. We all nod, since we are also bored.


"Me first!" I yell.


"Introduce yourself" Niall commands. I think for a second, and then begin stating facts about myself.


"I am Julianne, Erin is my best friend, I have a dog named Flopster, I am 19 years old, I am a senior in high-school, I cheer on a senior level 5 team, my favorite color is coral, I play guitar, I like video games, I love to draw, and I speak fluent Spanish" I say all in one breath.


"Me next" Erin pipes up. "I am Erin, Julianne is my best friend, I have 7 cats, I am 18-going on 19, I am also a senior, I love to dance, I really like chicken, and I love one di- I mean flamingos"


The boys say some stuff about themselves and then we all sit in an awkward silence. I suddenly have an idea.


"Let's play truth or dare!"


Everybody agrees. We get off of the couches and sit in a circle on the floor.


"Julianne, you go first" Niall tells me.


"No, you go first" I argue.


"No, YOU go first" he argues back.


"NO! I'll go first! Geez, you two argue like a couple" Harry yells. Me and Niall both blush.


"Ok, Louis, truth or dare?" He asks.


"Dare!" Louis yells.


"I dare you to switch clothes with the person sitting across from you!" Harry yells. Louis slowly looks up to see Erin, with a horrified look other face, across from him.


"A dare is a dare, let's go Erin" Louis says as they both Stand up. They go to the bathrooms that are luckily right next to the furniture area.


Louis begins to walk towards the boys bathroom and Erin walks towards the girls. "We are going in the girls" Erin mutters and pulls Louis in the direction she is walking.


Once they are in, I hear "wow, the girls bathroom smells better than the boys"


We wait. And wait. Then, yelling erupts from the bathroom "DONT PEAK OVER THE STALL YOU PERVERT!"


We all are on our sides while laughing once they both come out. Louis has a constipated look on his face as he skips out in a tight fitting shirt that shows his belly button and jeans that weren't up all the way. Erin's face is completely red as she walks out behind him in an oversized shirt and jeans that she has to hold up.


Me, Niall, Liam, Harry, and Zayn's faces are also red. But with laughter.


"I will get you back, styles" she glares at him and sits down.


"Well, I don't know about you, but I am feeling pretty fabulous!" Louis exclaims and strikes a pose. He then sits down.


"Niall, truth or dare?" He asks.


"Truth!"


"Tell us one of your deepest, darkest secrets" Louis says and rubs his hands together like an evil villain.


"Fine" Niall sighs "I slept with a teddy bear intill I was 12 years old"


The boys start chuckling and Niall's face turns red. I nudge him with my elbow and then whisper "It's ok, I still sleep with stuffed animals sometimes if It makes you feel better"


He looks up at me and smiles. "Thanks"


"Niall! It is your turn to pick!" Louis screams.


"Hmmmm... Julianne! Truth or dare!"


"Dare!" I scream. I always pick dare.


"You have to chose one person to make out with for 10 seconds, and we can't help you choose" he dares me.


My face turns red. If I pick any of them, it will be awkward between me and them for the rest of our lives. I think for a second. Niall smirks.


"Fine, since you think you are so clever, I pick you Niall"


He shows no emotion on his face, but In his eyes I can see a hint of embarrassment, and... Exitement?


Since we are sitting next to each other, I turn to him and slowly start to lean in for the kiss.


Our lips begin to touch, and I immediately feel electricity. We stay like that as I count in my head. Once we get to 10 seconds, I don't stop, and he doesn't either.


"Ummmmm... Julianne? Niall?" I hear somebody ask. We ignore it.


We get deeper into the kiss and I feel his hand on my shoulder. I am almost about to run my hand through his hair when I feel a shove.


"NIALL! JULIANNE! STOP IT!" I hear Erin scream. We both pull apart and I feel myself turning red. My cheeks begin to burn.


"WHAT WAS THAT?!?!" Erin yells. Oh, mama Erin, always overprotective.


"I guess we got a little..." Niall begins. "Carried away" I finish.


We both meet eyes and i quickly look away. We play truth or dare for hours, me and Niall eventually warming up and forgetting about the embarrassment.


I am starting to develop a crush. I shake my head and try to lose those thoughts. Niall would never like me like that. But then why did he not pull away? Why was he the one that continued the kiss?


I don't really know of the reason, or the feelings that Niall might have for me.


But what I do know, is that that was the best first kiss I could ask for.
