"Natsu!" I call, looking at the figure in front of me. The said male looks over his shoulder at me, as happiness forms in the pit of my stomach. If anything, I cannot wait to experience more adventures with him and the rest of fairy tail.
Suddenly, Natsu falls to his knees and grabs his head. My eyes widen in terror, as a black-haired male appears before me. A chill races down my spinal cord, as I slowly back away from him. The black-haired male is no other than my twin, Blake.
"It's nice to see you again, little sister."
My eyes snap open, as sweat creases my forehead. I rest my head in my palms, before slowly sitting up. A familiar warmth comes from under the covers, which catches my attention. "This better not be what I think this is..." I murmur, as a white, dragon-scaled scarf reveals itself from under the covers.
I get to my feet and grab it, before pulling as hard as I can. Natsu and Happy fall to the ground, as I cross my arms in annoyance. Natsu opens his eyes and slowly stands up, before rubbing his eyes. Happy makes his wings appear, before munching on a fish.
"Morning, Luce," Natsu hums. I roll my eyes and cross my arms in annoyance, before kicking the pink-haired dragon slayer into the wall. "Why do you have to be so loud first thing in the morning?" Happy questions.
"Get out, or I'll call Erza," I threaten. Natsu and Happy exchange a look with each other, before opening the window and leaving my apartment. I heave a sigh and run a hand through my hair, before closing the window.
After that, I make my way to my closet and change into a casual, gray T-shirt. I pair it with some short shorts and some white tennis shoes. I nod in approval, before entering the bathroom.
I intently stare at myself in the mirror, before taking a hair tie and putting my hair in a high ponytail. I put my hands on my hips, before heading out of the restroom. I grab my celestial spirit keys and whip, before attaching it to my belt.
Once that's over, I head to my kitchen. To my surprise, Natsu and Happy are there. My eyes widen in alarm, as the pink-haired dragon slayer looks over his shoulder at me. "Yo, Luce," Natsu states, as I meet his gaze.
"What are you guys doing here?" I ask, pursing my lips in concentration. Natsu shoots me a toothy grin, as my heart flutters within my chest. Happy smirks, before munching down on his fish.
"We were all set to go to the guildhall, but Natsu wanted to stay and eat breakfast with you," Happy comments. "He looovvvves you." My cheeks flush in embarrassment, as I bury my face into my palms. Even though he's teasing, I can't help but wonder if he feels that way about me.
"Okay. I'll make you guys some pancakes," I say abruptly, trying to ignore Happy's comment. I hurry into the kitchen, before grabbing out the pancake mix, bowl, spoon, eggs, olive oil, and other ingredients.
After a few minutes, I've finished making the pancakes. I take out the syrup and fish oil, before putting them on the table before Natsu and Happy. I reenter the kitchen and grab the pancakes, before placing them at the table.
Natsu grabs three pancakes, before gobbling them down. Happy grabs a pancake and puts some fish oil on it, before munching down on it. I smile softly, before grabbing a pancake and putting some syrup on it.
Within moments, we're finished with our breakfast. "Luce, that was great!" Natsu compliments, nodding in my direction. "Thanks!" I stare at him with wide eyes, as a warm smile forms on my lips. "Now, let's head to the guildhall!" He states. I nod in agreement, as excitement forms in the pit of my stomach.
