Chad's POV
The last day of school before Summer Vacation- A Dream come true for most seventeen year olds. But for me it's my worst nightmare that has come to life instead of hanging out with my friends, having the freedom of driving with the cool breeze blowing through my hair. Girls smiling at me as I drive past them. I have to spend my Summer Vacation with my annoying little sister, Sofia, my paranoid mom and my carefree dad who doesn't give two hoots about my social life. This years vacation will be spent at the luxurious over-rated absolutely boring hotel that mom and dad own where breakfast is caviar, lunch is sushi and dinner is leg of lamb with cooked vegetables and to top it all of is rich chocolate brownies with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
Finally arrived at Hotel "Le Cote Au Zuir" after the ten hour flight on our private jet. Porters came to carry all 20 of our bags, which is really little compared to our usual 45 suitcases, yeah I know mom wanted us to pack light this time! As soon as we were escorted to our presidential suite, I leaped on to the closest bed and had a forty five minute nap when I was rudely awaken by my mother who said I had five minutes to put on a tux and meet the family for the evening celebration. Dinner was being served by some new faces that mom and dad had just hired for the summer vacation. When suddenly this waitress tripped over my shoe and fell into my arms... I looked into here sparkling brown eyes and immediately I was star struck! she quickly appolagised for her clumsiness and being a shy girl ran off all I was left with was a name tag, which read Zoe Plumber and had a code which enabled her to acess the resturaunt I assume she worked at.
Just then dad received a phone call and him and mom had to rush of to Paris for the week to finish some very important business and that was all I heard them say as all I could think of was this beautiful girl Zoe Plumber. So there I was left alone with the staff the hotel guests and my annoying three year old baby sister, though I was
not worried about that since mom was smart enough to bring her nanny with us this time. Sofia was not my problem after all!!!
The next morning I woke up and staring right at me was my girlfriend Britney who had surprised me and flew down to spend the weekend. Perfect timing all right!!!! I still couldnt stop thinking of Zoe. When I returned to where we ate last night, I found her in a panic. That's when I realised she was looking for her name tag so that she could get to work. I guess I frightened her when I stood behind her and said Missing Something, holding the card in my hand. She got a fright and jumped, landing in my arms once more. This time Britney walked in only to find her in my arms. Britney was so furious that she didn't give me the oppertunity to explain what had happened. She just stormed out of the room screaming We are done Chad, this is the end of our relationship with a whole lot of other words that I won't mention. Zoe had immediately snatched her name tag out of my hand and left. Later on thanking me for for saving her job.
Honestly I was glad the Drama between Britney and I was over as I had, had enough of her always assuming things that were never true!!!
Sadly that was the end of my vacation as mom and dad returned and we flew back home I didn't get to say bye to Zoe as we left in a rush due to the fact that our pilot had to attend a meeting.
School had begun and everything was back to its normal boring way. My best friend Shane was chasing me in the school hallway when I bumped into a girl and knocked her books out of her hands onto the floor, I stopped and bent down to pick it up for her, she bent down at the same time that's when I looked into her eyes and to my amazement it was Zoe I said the first time it was an accident, second time a coincidence but the third time I call it Fate. She said that she was new here and I quickly introduced myself.
