Three weeks go by really fast. As if you didn't know that.

I look around the house one last time and see how empty it looks. It hits me hard how I'm actually leaving the place I grew up in.

Oh and Erin is moving in with Adam in his apartment but who cares about him.

I wait near the window to look for the cab. Erin would have taken us but he had work.

I see the cab pull up in front of my house and screamed "Dad the
cab is here let's go!" since my dad was in the kitchen talking on the phone with Sammy.

"Alright Sammy I have to go see you later" my dad said hanging up the phone.

"Alright let's go sweetie" he said carrying his two suitcases. He passes by me almost tripping but I try not to laugh since he'll get mad at me and not buy me Starbucks at the airport.
I get my two suitcases and my carry on bag and close the door to the house.

The cab driver gets out and helps me to get the suitcases in the trunk. Once we were done I enter in the back seat and look out to see my dad locking the door to the house. He comes and sits down in the passenger. The ride to the airport took around thirty minutes. Our flight takes off at 2:00pm and it's currently 11:00 am.
Once we finish with security I asked my dad for $5 since I'm a broke ass bitch. I go to Starbucks while my dad heads somewhere else.

I order a Carmel Frappuccino and sat down at a table. I pick up my phone and decided to FaceTime Janet. I plug in my earphones so Janet can't disturb people. When I told her I was moving she didn't really take it well. We basically cried for 3 hours and ate junk food.

"Hello mate ready for Australia?" Janet said trying to sound Australian.

"Oh god please no, not the accent you can't do it properly" I said face palming. She has been doing that ever since I told her I was moving to Australia.

"Fine I'll stop wait are you at Starbucks" she asked looking a bit closer to her phone.

"Yeah." I said moving my phone around showing her around the airport.

"I figured wow. I searched up Sydney, Australia and it looks so beautiful. Who knows maybe you'll meet a hot Australian" she said smirking .

"Ha no, American guys didn't even like me" I said which was true. I have never had a real relationship.

"Who knows maybe you'll meet a nice, tall, tan, blonde Australian with blue eyes." She says trying wink.

I start laughing at her wink and now people are looking at me crazy.

"Please stop trying to wink it looks like your twitching." I said trying to calm down from laughing.

Janet and I talked for another hour until my dad called out for me saying we have to go.

"Bye hoe I have to go I love you" I said in a sad tone. I hang up after she's says her goodbye.

"Cmon here we come Australia" my dad said putting his arm around my shoulder.

The plane ride took at least 15 hours. It was a horrible flight experience. I couldn't sleep at all so all I did was read or go on my laptop. My dad knocked out fast though. Thank god he didn't snore.

We got off the plane into the airport and it was pretty empty but it looks like people are starting to come in more. My dad and I went to go look for luggage. One of my fears is my luggage to get lost or stolen. Luckily it wasn't I would have flipped the fuck out. It was currently 5:23 a.m and I'm so tired.

My dad is looking for his sister while I just walk behind him. I tell him I'm going to the bathroom and to watch my luggage.

Once I finished peeing I looked in the mirror and I look like a crack addict. I try to fix myself but it was no use I still look like I got hit by a truck 5 times while sniffing coke.
