Chapter 6: I love you

Previously on Miss Fortune...

"Marinette, remember all the things we did together. Playing games, talking with each other, sitting down next to each other, doing projects together, fighting together as heroes, going to movies together, and loving each other together...See? We have a lot of things to remember. Especially, the happiest moments in our lives. So the point of this, is that I want to win an apology. I'm sorry, Marinette, for hurting you. Will you forgive me?"

As Marinette hears this, she was surprised and tears trimmed down her face and she was crying, one spot was off from her earrings from hearing this things from Adrien, her love of her life. She was sad and hurt which made Adrien's feelings hurt as much as hers. As she falls down and cry, Adrien goes to her, and hugs her tightly.

"W-What are you doing, Adrien? Let me go, now! Or else I will take your miraculous!"

"No, I'm not going to let you go. Not in a million years. I know how much you are hurt, so I'm not going to let you go. You can take my life away, beat me, or take my miraculous away, but you can make me let you go. Now please, listen, I don't want to fight you or neither beat you until someone ends up getting hurt. I don't want that. I don't want to see you getting hurt."

"Let me go! I don't want to listen to you! I don't care anything from you! I don't give a damn! Let me go now!" Marinette says as she tries to pull away from him. 

"Please, can we stay like this for a minute? I want to stay hugging you for a while... Please, Marinette?"

As she hears this, she stopped crying and she was blushing and was a color of Nathaniel's hair color. She was flustered and she let him hug her for a while in this warmth.

'I never felt Adrien/Marinette's warmth this way before. I hope this never ends...'

Marinette's earrings now had 2 spots left. He didn't pay attention to that at the start of the fight. Since now one more spots has been taken off, he now pay attention to that more. He didn't want to fight her anymore. Not anymore. As he said that, Hawkmoth interrupted them in their own moment.

"WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT, MISS FORTUNE?! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET HIS MIRACULOUS FROM HIM! DON'T LET HIM SHAKE YOUR MIND WITH THESE "BEAUTIFUL" WORDS! NOW GET HIM!"

As Marinette hears this, she stands up as she smirks at someone and she obeys what Hawkmoth says. But as soon as Adrien stands up, he knew that Marinette will have to obey Hawkmoth again.  Only one thing can stop her. Adrien thought like that. So when she stood up and was listening to Hawkmoth, Adrien stood up behind her and while she was listening, he grabbed Marinette's wrist and he turned her closer to him and he kissed her. As soon as he kissed her, Marinette was surprised and she was blushing, but wasn't resisting. 

'Why aren't you resisting? I thought...you didn't like me...Then why are you not resisting?'

As Adrien thinks like that, he pulls away and he started to talk to her. 

"Why weren't you resisting? I thought you would and beat me after. But why weren't you resisting?"

"I...I don't hate you...I just stayed like that because I like the warmth of yours. That's all. Nothing more, nothing less."

"Marinette..."

"Don't get wrong ideas, Adrien. I still hate you and I will still have revenge on you. Also one more thing,  I know that you figured out that if you make me flustered for just one minute to seconds, on of the spots on my earrings, comes off. But, now I won't let you take off one more spots from my earrings. be aware, it will not work now. Now, if you will excuse me."

As soon as she says that, Adrien stands in front of her and block her way as she goes to side to side to get away from him. But he didn't give a chance to her to get away from him which for Marinette, she was trying to get away but he didn't give her a chance. 

"W-Why are you blocking my way? D-Do you have something to say to me? Then just tell me right now!"

"Marinette, I think I can't let you go...Can you stay with me more?"

"But I need to obey Hawkmoth and now you are blocking my way. You don't know when I will take your miraculous away. Why won't you get away from me?"

"Because I don't want to lose you again, getting you akuamtized."

"Adrien..."

"WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUSLY DOING, MISS FORTUNE? ARE YOU GOING TO DISOBEY ME AND TAKE HIS HAND FOR YOUR PARTNER?! YOU NEED TO OBEY ME UNDERSTOOD, MISS FORTUNE!"

"Sorry, Hawkmoth, I couldn't help myself of getting dragged into him. Now I will fulfill your promise."

"No...Marinette... Please come back."

"You know that I can't be back...I don't think I will be back soon enough to myself, Adrien... Everyone who is watching me, knows that I won't be back soon enough."

"But I know the way. I know it, Marinette. I can make you normal. Please, let me do it."

"I know you can, I know the way that you can make me back to normal. I already know it all, Adrien. But it's too late now. I know you are sorry but should've told me that before I was akumatized and started to make people hurt like me. Sorry, Adrien. But I already crossed the road that I shouldn't have. You know that, Adrien."

"I...I do know that, but it's just that, I don't want lose you ever again. And you know that very well, Marinette. Please, don't let me lose you again. Please, Marinette...Please..."

"Oh, Adrien"

As she hears these sincere words from him, her tears trims down form her eyes and she starts crying silently. She loved how he cared about her, she loved his warmth, and she loved his kindness.

"WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO MISS FORTUNE! YOU.NEED.TO.LET.IT.GO! YOU ARE NO LONGER HIS PARTNER OR LOVE OF HIS LIFE! NOW COME BACK TO YOUR SENSES! OR I WILL REMOVE YOUR POWERS!"

As she hears this from Hawkmoth, she put her head up and she says something generous to him.

"Yeah, why don't you take it then, Hawkmoth? Afraid, because I know where you are? Well, you should give up your miraculous and give it to me. Take my powers that you granted to me, so that I can fight you right now in this position. I don't care if I'm Ladybug or Marinette. I will still fight because... I love Adrien..."

As she says this, she turns to Adrien and walks towards him and smiles at him to show her confidence. Adrien could see in her eyes that she was no longer afraid, no longer scared, or no longer evil. Adrien was sure and he was happier than ever. And so he said...

"I love you too, M'Lady..."

Now that know each other's feelings, they had confidence in their eyes. Marinette decided to give up on revenge and be with Adrien to beat Hawkmoth. Hawkmoth is afraid that they might get to his secret annex and get him at all cost. Marinette and Adrien was now so sure and has confidence intros moment was ready to fight towards him. Will Marinette and Adrien find Hawkmoth and get his miraculous? Or will Hawkmoth make his move first?
