jealousy: phineas and ferb fanfic

it was a hot summer day and I woke up extra early. ferb was on the couch texting Vanessa. candace was in her room typing up her last minute essay. perry was..well wherever perry goes and I was in my room finishing a new set of blueprints for later this summer. when I finished I walked down stairs and saw mom starting to leave to mrs. johnsons house for a bridge game.

      I sat next to ferb bored. its so hot I cant do anything. hey even the great phineas Flynn needs a day off. when ferb saw me just lay there looking...lets just say crazy he put down his phone and asked whats up. I looked at him and yelled "ferb what can we do today". he shrugged. I just walked to the backyard and layed there looking at the clouds.

I was at the mall with vanessa. yes the... vanessa doofenshmirtz. daughter of hiens doofenshmirtz. wondering how we became friends. well ferb suggested that we hang out and since shes goth and im girly it was like a perfect friendship. hey opposites attract. and I forgot to mention vanessa is secretly dating ferb and im the only one who knows.

     anyway I was at the mall with vanessa when she asked me a wierd question "hey isabella when are you gonna ask out phineas?" I spit out a bit of my drink into a napkin and said "I dont know. he doesnt seem to like me". then I never expected vanessa to say which was the last thing on my mind. "I think you should make phineas jealous". I looked at her in shock. why would I do that. it would be mean but also guineas! "vanessa thats a great idea and I know how to do it!" she looked at me and cocked an eyebrow. "how" she asked. "well..." I began,"with your permission I could pretend to date ferb and since no one knows that you and ferb are dating it wouldnt be strange". then vanessa was just speechless. she shook her head but I gave her my puppy eyes and she gave in as long as whenever she says that ferb and i are ever on a date we would walk a block and switch so vanessa is on the date instead of me. after an hour of shopping we went strait to the flynn Fletchers house. vanessa wasnt so sure about the plan but I was all in. I knocked on the front door and ferb answered. I pulled him outside shutting the door and checking the perimeter. then ferb looks at me and vanessa strangley. "hey ferb! I have a favor to ask you."

when isabella told me her plan to make phineas jealous I was just shocked that vanessa was all in, well not completely. "isabella how do you know its gonna work?" I asked. she gave me a devious smile and said " just trust me. we have our first fake date tomorow and make sure to tell phineas." isabella and vanessa left. when I walked inside phineas was all over the couch. great whenever phineas is bored he becomes a couch hog.

     the next day I was really nervous. I haven't told phineas that I was going on a date with isabella. I was getting dressed. I just put on a white t-shirt, black leather jacket, blue jeans, and black sneakers.  when I turned around phineas was there staring at me. "hey ...phineas" really, long pause and hey phineas, really. dont say anything ferb dont say anything. then phineas cocked an eyebrow and said "where are you going ferb?" I knew I shouldnt say anything but I had to. "on a date with isabella". I was expecting a big fit but he just turned a bit upset and then tried to smile and said " well have fun ferb".

hopefully ferb told phineas about our "date". I looked through the closet finding the best outfit and I came across a pink 1 sling shirt, a black sweater, black pants and white sneakers.  I put on a bit of mascara and pink eyeshadow and looked at myself in the mirror. I was missing something. a pink bow on a barrette.  I put it on and my look was complete. I walked outside to phineas and ferbs house. I knocked on the door and phineas opened the door. "hey isabella. your here to go on a date with ferb aren't you?" I nodded. phineas looked kind of sad. that meant it was working. ferb came outside and we left. we walked a block and we found vanessa. she was wearing a purple gitter shirt and black pants with black heels. I gave vanessa a wig that looked like my hair. they left and they look so cute together.
