Out through the mouth.
Breathe in hope, faith, and love
Breathe in happiness, beauty, and life
Breathe out worries, fear, and hate
Breathe out negativity, anxiety, and depression
In through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Breathe in friends, family, and acceptance
Breathe in walks on the beach, good books, and those silly, stupid moments with your friends
Breathe out destruction, pollution, and death
Breathe out the ever growing weight on your heart, the dark cloak surrounding thoughts, and the feeling of loneliness
In through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Breathe in you, your personality, your body, your smile
Breathe out the doubts, the self consciousness, and flaws
In through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Just breathe in
Just breathe out
Don't think; just breathe.
It's instinct.
