After what seems like forever, I arrive at the airport. When I check the time, I realise I have a couple of hours before my flight, so I pay the taxi driver and he helps me to get my suitcase from the boot. I stare at the airport and it seems so real. In just a couple of hours I will be on the plane heading to Los Angeles.

After I go through customs and waiting to board my flight. I start browsing the duty free stores searching for phone's for sale. I doubt there will be any but I could still look, I had time to spare and plus, I needed a phone to phone for taxi's once I was in LA, and once I knew the numbers for a taxi.
After searching in five duty free stores I come to a small one with phone's in the window. I walk in to find a phone for myself, and one that costs a hundred or less.
''Flight to Los Angeles, boarding now. Head to gate 5" The lady on the speak says. I didn't  realise how long I'd been looking at phones, so I quickly picked the one up I had been looking at for ten minutes and paid for it quickly.
I put the phone in my bag and grab the handle to my suitcase and run towards gate five, as fast as my legs will take me. I can't miss my flight, I have to run and I have to make it.
When I get there I show the boarding pass to the lady and I start to walk up to the plane. I get a mixture of exitement and heart-thumps as I walk towards the plane. This is it, once I am on the plane there is no turning back.
Showing my boarding pass to the flight attendant, I step inside the plane and start to find my seat.

It seems like ages on the plane. Seven hours seems like longer as I sit on the plane with a magazine in one hand and a sweet in the other. I can't even fall to sleep as there is a man snoring loudly behind me, just my luck I think.
I sit by a lady and next to her at the end is her daughter. Seeing them makes me even more determined to find my mother, no matter how long it takes. I think happiness and feeling whole is priceless.
"Where in LA are you headed?" The lady turns to face me with a smile on her face, when her daughter falls to sleep next to her.
She has lovely silky brown hair that stays straight past her shoulders. Unline mine, even when I brush my hair it still says wavy, then again it makes me who I am.
"Hollywood. How about you?" I smile back at the lady as I make conversation.
"Let me guess. You have a dream of being a huge star and make loads of money? Trust me, love, it's not as simple as that. I have seen many people make the same mistake." The lady shakes her head at me but still smiles as she looks at me.
I can't believe she assums I want to be famous. That's the last thing I would want. Even though when I think about if, I guess I wouldn't have a choice if I found my Mum, as I would be in the public eye too. I guess it would be worth it as long as I was with her I wouldn't care.
"You know nothing about me. I grew up in a children's home. My dream isn't to be famous, it's to find my Mum who gave me up when I was three. There's more that meets the eye, so don't judge me please." I say firmly but friendly at the same time. I have a genuine nice personality and I have always tried to do my best for everyone even if they don't appreciate it.
The lady looks astonished at me and puts on a feeling sorry look on her face. A pitiful look.
"I'm sorry. I had no idea. Good luck with finding your mother, love. Again, I apolagize." The lady turned her head and after a while she fell to sleep.
The rest of the time pases quickly and before I know it the plane is landing. I take a deep breath before looking out of the window. I look at the time above me on the mini screen. It has just gone seven at night, no wonder I feel so tired. I clutch my bag tightly and make sure my purse is still in there and I get ready for the plane to stop.
