Don't Threaten Me With A Good Time

I have no clue how, but I actually got the lead female part in the new Panic! at the Disco music video! I'm so excited, I think I might fucking burst.

.......

My alarm wakes me up early the next morning. I leave in my normal attire, because I know they'll pretty me up while I'm there. When I hop into my taxi, I'm just short of shrieking with exitement! When I get to the studio, it's like nothing I've ever seen. Lights and cameras every where. Not only that, but lots and lots of people. I feel hands on my back as someone rushes me to my dressing room. There's a skinny black dress hanging up and black nail polish and heels on the table. I quickly change and head to my makeup chair. But much to my surprise, I'm seated right next to the man of the night. I struggle for something to say, but he breaks the silence first.
"Hey. You look nice." He says with that adorable little smile we all know and love.
"Oh. Hi. Um, thanks. You look nice too." I say, returning a shy smile.
His smile never breaking, he says, "How are you feeling?"
"I'm a little nervous to be honest." I admit.
He smiles bigger. "Don't be. I remember when we filmed Sins, I had the flu, and was vomiting between takes, with the addition of the suit and hat."
I relaxed a little. "But you didn't have to turn into a horrific tentacle monster, now did you?"
He chuckled a bit. "No, I guess I didnt."

.......

When were done getting ready, we walked on set, and I was handed a camera thing to put on my head. After several incidents where it almost fell off, Brendon helped me tighten it. I thanked him and he nodded happily. Then, we began filming. Most of it was from my point of view, so I had to be careful when to turn my head and when to look down, etc. After a long day of dancing and turning my head, we finished the first verse and chorus done. When we got to look at it, Brendon congratulated me.
"That was really good for only your first day of shooting." He said, reaching for my hands.
"Well get ready for the second, third, and fourth." I replied, heart in my throat. We made brief eye contact before I looked down.
"I should get going." I muttered to the ground. I looked back up at him.
"Yea. You should." He let go of my hands as I made my way to my waiting taxi.

.......

When we weren't filming, Brendon and I were constantly flirting with each other. For example, in between scenes once, he kissed my hand and said he thought the camera was on. Another example was when I kissed him on the cheek one night when I was about to get into my taxi. The last night of filming was my last night seeing Brendon, and I was kind of sad. When we watched it all back, I felt arms wrap around my waist and immediately knew it was him.
"It's our last night together." I nodded.
"But maybe it doesn't have to be." He whispered. "Why don't we get a few drinks tonight?" I smiled.
"But how do you know I'm not a horrific tentacle monster that'll eat you up?" I felt him smile into my ear.
"I'm willing to take the risk."

And the rest is history.
