Chapter 6

Chapter 6~

When Nikki finally arrived, Ashley told her everything the text had said.

“So, what are we going to do?” Nikki asked. Ashley ran her hand through her still red hair. “I have absolutely no idea.”

“Then how are we gonna help them?” Ashley didn’t know the answer. It was bad enough that everyone stared at her wherever she went, but now she has to save her friends.

She had one thing on her mind before she started having a panic attack.

How in the hell did I get in this mess?

After taking Ashley to her house and calming her down, Nikki started looking on her computer. She was trying to trace where Dani’s phone was. She traced it back to an abandoned warehouse.

“I think I found it.” Nikki said, turning around in her chair, facing Ashley. “You did?” Ashley said.

Nikki nodded. “Yeah. Come on.”

“How are we going to get out of here?” Jade asked, looking around the dull grey room. Dani struggled to get the rope around her hands loose. She had managed to get them at least a little loose.

“I have no,” She grunted in pain. “Idea.”

Courtney just sat there, doing nothing. “Courtney? Yoo-hoo? Anybody home in that empty head of yours?” Dani said.

“Shut up.” Courtney mumbled.

“Hello,” The voice from nowhere said. “Would you all like a some new playmates?” Ashley and Nikki were thrown in, legs and hands bound.

“You screw faces! Let me go!” Nikki yelled at the person as they closed the door. “Well, we found them at least.” Ashley said, looking at the others.

“Yeah, we found them, but now we’re stuck with them!” Nikki said. Dani had finally gotten the ropes off of her hands. She pushed herself up, wobbling, then hopped over to the door, taking a bobby pin from Courtney’s hair on the way. She picked the lock and they heard the click of the door unlocking.

“Finally! Now get me out of here!” Courtney said. Dani just rolled her eyes and worked on getting the ropes around her legs undone. Then, a person grabbed her from behind and dragged her out of the room, shutting the door behind them.

They could all hear her bone-chilling scream. Then it all went silent.

Soon after that, they threw Dani back in the room, making sure they all heard the lock click. Dani was beat up, and passed out. She had many bruises and her clothes were ripped. There was a cut on her forehead and it looked like she had a broken foot.

“Oh my god.” Ashley said, horrified.

“This is bad.” Jade said. “This is really bad.”

“How am I supposed to get my lip gloss now?” Courtney cried out. They all just looked at her. “What? It was thirty dollars.”

“You are such a dumbass Courtney.” Jade said. Courtney stomped her bound feet on the ground. “I am not a dumbass!”

“Yes, you are.”

“No, I’m not!”

“Yes, you are.”

“Am not!”

“Are too!”

“Not!”

“Quiet!” The voice from nowhere said. “I’ve already beaten one of you. do I have to beat more? Because I will if I have too!”

“Oh yeah? Try me!” Courtney said.

The door swung open and a hooded figure grabbed Courtney, dragging her out kicking and screaming.

Courtney was never thrown back into the room.
