"I'll be okay." Transitioning colleges has really put my mum in distress. But she doesn't know the opportunities that possibly await me at UCLA.
She has to know I'll be okay. As I've told myself on throughout high school and my freshman year of college, I'm okay.
"I will see you again won't I, Talise?"
"Of course mum. Now please let me catch my plane before you end up seeing me again, living in your house."
