It was September 20th 2008 and Chris and Sharon Philodopalopados, ages 11 and twelve. They were in Barcelona on a holiday and doing a shop for there mum at condis, the shop down the road of there accommodation called Residenćia Érasmus Garćia.
When they Got to the till the lady talked to them in English "There is someone behind you with a knife." With that said the kids turned round and looked and they ran out of the shop
They went the wrong way though.
Later on they saw a note in there shopping bag and it was from there mum. The note said in capitals
'MEET ME AT THE LA SAGRADA FAMILIA. FROM MUM'. They found
it unusual because there mum never writes in capital letters.
The two kids didn't know it was a trap so they headed for the La Sagrada Familia. When they got to the la Sagrada familia they found it surrounded by gunmen everywhere. There chasers finally caught up with them and took them to the room where they were being held captives.
Unsurprisingly there mum was there as well. There mum didn't want them there so with that said the guards let the children go. They ran home but they ran out of breath and they bumped into a local police officer who they knew. The police man was there Uncle Tom and he was so pleased to see them.
There dad was so worried at home about them do Uncle Tom took them home.
