As we were leaving, Jason held me back. We waited for the others to leave. Once we were alone he said, "Pipes just be careful. Annabeth's dream has me worried."
"Jason, I'll be fine. I'll be back before you can even miss me." I told him.
He smiled and pulled me into a hug. "But I already miss you Piper." He whispered.
"I'll be fine. Don't worry." I said.
He held me for a little longer. He lifted my chin and kissed me. "That will make the quest easier." I told him. He chuckled and held my hand in his. Then we started walking towards the others. When we got there, Argus had packed our backpacks into the car and everything was ready.
I kissed Jason one last time before I left.
"Percy! Percy!" Clarisse came running.
"What is it?" Percy asked her.
"It's Annie. Will says he needs you right now." She said, trying to catch her breath.
He turned to us. "Bye guys. We'll iris message you later!" He said and took off.
I said goodbye to everyone then we got in the van and left.
