Setting: Hux's and Phasma's house. It's a nice place, big. Both are in their 20s, Phasma a year older. They've been best friends since the third grade, and both are attending college now.

Hux walks into the house, tired. Hux, to himself: fuck, it's one am *sneaking around the house* don't wake Phasma don't wake Phasma do-

Phasma, interrupting Hux's thoughts, making him jump: "Where the fuck where you?"

Hux, scared for himself: "Umm, well you see I went out with Bo-"

Phasma, interrupting Hux again:  "Boba? And his friends? Fuck, Hux I told you not to trust them I knew they would hurt you"

Hux, frantically: "No no they didn't hurt me, just, the car? It's fine it's fine though. It's fixed"

Phasma, rolling her eyes: "I told ya so"

Hux: "Yeah yeah you told me so I get it. But it's okay it's cool I met this really nice guy named Kylo he fixed my car and he's cute and I'm going in again tomorrow for a car checkup"

Phasma, laughing: "You know car checkups aren't a thing, Hux"

Hux, blushing: "Who cares he's cute"

Setting: Kylo's and Rey's barn house. They live on a farm, with cows, horses, chicks, you name it. Kylo and Rey are cousins, and best friends. Kylo is 21, Rey 18, both attending college. They also run a car shop together.

Kylo walks in, slamming the door behind him.

Kylo, yelling: "Rey! I'm home!"

Rey, running downstairs, telling Kylo to shush up: "Kylo what the fuck are you doing home so late! You're gonna wake the dogs."

Kylo, slightly quieter: "sorry fuck I was working on a car"

Rey, suspicious:  "this late? Kylo you're always home by ten. it's one am."

Kylo, nervous, looking down: "it was an emergency,,"

Rey: "like what?"

Klyo, sheepish smile: ",,a broken windshield"

Rey, half shouting, not loud enough to wake the dogs: "what the,,, that's nothing Kylo you've turned down people in worse situations before"

Kylo, quickly: "ok but this guy wa-"

Rey, smiling knowingly: "guy what guy"

Kylo, slowly: "his name is Hux,"

Rey, teasing: "aw he sounds adorable"

Kylo: "he absolutely i- I mean, I just"

Rey, questioning him: "hmm?"

Kylo, quickly again: "ok ok Rey he's the most adorable kid ever ok he's got this hair hand HIS EYES oh my god he's a puppy fuck. He's coming back tomorrow"

Rey: "tomorrow?"

Kylo: "yeah for a checkup,"

Rey, confused: "that's not a thing Kylo"

Kylo, smirking: "yeah, I know"
