Based on my experience and observations.

1. Always Smile

Dont be fake. Be yourself,always smile. You'll never know who will fall for your smile.

2. Have fun

Men love girls who are confident with their own skin. They love girls who can speak their mind, girls who know what they want.

2. Dont try too hard

Don't try too hard to impress him. If you make yourself look perfect in front of him you will look fake and uncomfortable to be with. Let loose. Relax and cool down a little. Men love the chase. Give hints but don't always initiate. Tease him. Take notice of his response. Flirt a little but don't give in too easily.Make them work for your attention. There is a saying, "Hard to get, hard to forget.

3. Look presentable

You don't have to be a model type pretty. Just look decent. Wear minimal make up.

4. Be a bit mysterious

Let him unravel your thoughts. Don't spill out informations too soon.
Make him wonder. Give him time to think of you. Imagination goes a long way.

5. Surprise him

You can do this by making changes on your hair, style or showcasing your talents.

6. Don't tell him the L word too soon

Unless you are sure the feeling is mutual. If you say this too soon this will inflate his ego and it might ruin the potential relationship.

7. Make yourself attractive to opposite sex

Men are born competitors. If a man sees that other men are attracted to you he will find a way to win you heart.

7. Compliment him

Compliment his new hair style or his clothes. You can also compliment his other good characteristics. "Make him feel good."

8. Don't point out your flaws

Don't compare yourself to other girls. Don't tell him you are fat even if you are. He will smell insecurity. After all, no one is perfect. Just don't point out your flaws. Let him see it for himself and if he is into you, he won't mind  your imperfections and will accept you for who you are.
