Season 2: Episode 92(Garroth)

"You..."

I awoke from my forced sleep and sat up abruptly at the sound of the voice. I turned and saw who said it and at my surprise it was him. My brother in arms, Laurence in his shadow knight form with his sword at Aphmau's neck. Not knowing what else to do I charged feeling adrenaline pump through my whole being.

I stood in front of Aphmau, my sword drawn now facing Laurence. 

"Laurence! What do you think you're doing!?"

"Garroth?! Are my eyes lying to me again? What are you doing here?" he said. He paused for a moment at what he was going to say next before deciding.

"No.. That's not it....! Were you fooled by Zane's tricks again!? You idiot can't you see he's playing you!?" 

"You're the fool here! Open your eyes! Look at who you're drawing your sword on. Can't you see that's Aphmau?!"

"WHAT!?"

"Laurence, calm down! Garroth's telling the truth! It's me this is just a disguise I'm not really Zane!" said Aphmau frantically.

"Aphmau.... ? It is you... I don't understand... What are you doing here... ? Where's Zane... ? I  heard Zane was alive, and in Nahkara." said Laurence. Again pausing taking in the situation.

"That was you?"

"Yes, that was us we were pretending Zane was alive... I-It was a trick so we could lure Ivy out." said Aphmau reassuring Laurence that she was not Zane but just in disguise and after hearing this Laurence looked down.

"And by the looks of it she got away. Well that's great. All of that work for nothing." said Katelyn coming up from behind us, he fire fists out.

"Ivy....? Who's Ivy? Wait... B-But Garroth's here... Where is Zane? If Garroth is out of the Irene Dimesion? Does that mean that Zane's out too?" said Laurence confused at what was going on.

"No."

"Zane is dead Laurence..."

"Dead? How? When did this happen?"

"It's a long story..." I replied.

"We'll fill you in on all the details, but for now let's get out of here. Ivy might be back with more guards. Come on!" said Aphmau as she lead us back to the thieves guild.

"So... Zane and Aaron are dead." 

"Yes... Aaron sacrificed himself to open the Irene dimension, save Garroth, and in the process killed Zane..." said Aphmau sadly as I knew she and Aaron were close.

"I owe him my life." I replied. 

"I've missed so much."

"Yeah that's what happens when you decide to go on walkabout without no warning and go missing for DAYS. Where have you been Laurence? You just up and vanished. No word. No nothing." said Katelyn determined to know.

"I've been... away. Working on some things. I just needed some time to reflect on myself. I didn't think I'd be away for so long, but before I knew it I was all the way out here, and then I heard rumors of Aane being back. I HAD to know if they were true." 

"Well... We're glad you're back with us Laurence." said Aphmau trying to lighten the mood.

"It's good to be back."

"What's the next plan of action, Aphmau." asked Katelyn now given a somewhat answer.

"I think we have to go back to the Phoenix Alliance Island."
