"Okay, but I don't have a ride." The last girl to have a three-way call with Hunter and Sam probably went deaf, or close to it. Anyway, I didn't have the money to keep my car, my baby, so she was towed about a week ago. Sure, Carrie and Benny offered me money several times. Did I take it? No. But then again, did she expect me to? Ha. No. I've never taken money that I didn't genuinely earn or deserve.

"Damn. I would Kei, but I have just enough time to get there from the studio. Maybe you and me can do something else while the guys and their dates see the movie?"

" Or I could just drive her?" Sam butted in.

"But you're driving Brooke so won't it be awkward?" Hunter sounded almost defensive. I couldn't help but smile at the thought.

"She canceled... Had to work late. So whatdia say Keira?"

"Sure! I'll see you at 5:30 right?"

"Yup"

"Bye guys! Thanks again, Hunt, for inviting me,"

It was about two weeks after the awards, and one week after me and Hunter last saw each other, last time for Carrie's birthday. After what seemed like minutes, but was actually hours, Sam arrived at my door, "Ready?"

"Yup. So who's coming?"

"Hunter, me, you, Mat, Andy, Dan, Devo, and that's it."

And with that we headed to the car.

~LATER~

"Hey, sorry again I couldn't pick you up myself."

"It's fine. We got here before you did so we headed over to the arcade for a while." Only it wasn't only for a while. We'd been there for an hour. The arcade was across the street from the theater, so we could see him when he got there. In reality, Hunter was an hour later, so we went to play some games. Hunter, of course, wasn't one to just show up late, he had texted Sam. In that hour, I had to say, me and Sam had gotten to know each other pretty well. From the air hockey, to the Road Racer, to the dance off, we never ran out of stuff to talk about.

"The next movie is in a half hour. We can go back to the arcade or just ditch the movie and do something else," Sam looked from me to Hunter, then back to me.

"I say we ditch it," I didn't want to just st there. Nah, I wanted some quality time before... Before what I knew we were all thinking. Their tour would come soon and I knew we wouldn't get to see each other much until it was over.

"Well... What about racing?" Hunter suggested, only looking at me.

The guys nodded and we were off.
