<pre>Tim was tired.
The team had just finished a particularly hard case, and Gibbs had nearly bit Tim's head off whenever he said anything wrong.
Tony wasn't making the day any better either.
His boyfriend had pestered him with petty touches and soft kisses all throughout the day.
Usually Tim would be okay with that, but not when Gibbs was so on edge.
Tim decided to just head home and hope Tony didn't have any sexual plans for the night.
Tim was tired and he had to tell Tony something important.
"Tony! Babe, I'm home!" Tim said as he unlocked his door and walked inside.
He knew Tony was home because, first, Tony had left work early, and second, his car was in the parking lot and Tim had parked his porsche beside it.
"I'm in the bedroom!" Tim heard Tony yell from within the halls of their home.
"Ok.." Tim murmured as he took off his coat and shoes at the door and shuffled on the wood floors in his socks to the bedroom where he saw his lover.
Tony was in a baseball cap. Only a baseball cap.
"Tony..I have to tell you something.." Tim said as he looked his boyfriend up and down.
"What is it, McSexy?" Tony sat up and tried to pull Tim onto the bed with him but McGee stood his ground.
"Tony..This is serious." Tim said softly.
"Well we can get serious in bed." Tony joked as he tried to pull Tim again.
"Tony!" Tim shouted as he twisted his arm out of Tony's grasp.
"Tim.." Tony said with a hurt look on his face.
"Tony..I..I'm.." Tim started to stutter.
"Hey baby...Shh..It's ok, just tell Tony what's wrong.." Tony cooed softly, pulling his lover into an embrace in which Tim was sitting on Tony's bare lap.
"I'm pregnant." Tim whispered into Tony's ear as silent tears fell down his cheeks.
"Wha?" Tony asked as his voice trailed off into a squeak.
"I went to the doctors two days ago.." Tim said as he buried his head in Tony's bare chest.
"When did we not use protection?" Tony asked as he rubbed Tim's back softly.
"About two weeks ago...It was just a quickie.." Tim murmured.
"Tim...Look at me.." Tony said forcefully as he pulled Tim away from him.
"Tony..?" Tim asked as he tilted his head slightly.
"You're pregnant. Tim! We're gonna have a kid! We're gonna be a family!" Tony said excitedly.
"We're gonna be a family.." Tim said with a smile as he kissed his boyfriend.
"Gibbs is gonna kill us.." Tony said in between kisses.
"Gibbs is gonna kill you." Tim corrected as he hugged his lover.</pre>
