Ride or Die

Chapter 1

"You'll never get away."then everything went black.

But the mystery of those ice blue eyes will always stay that. A mystery.

I felt a sharp pain in my right side and sat up straight. I turn to see who woke me from my slumber.Only to see my best friend, Kelly Anderson, she is by far one of the most amazing people in my life and has always been there for me like an older sibling but as well as the weirdest and funnest person and I'm glad I've found her.

I glare at her and she just rolls her eyes and mumbled a 'whatever' ,then continues to work(doodle ).

Wait what?! Kelly never 'works' unless she has to...

When I look at my surroundings I realise that I'm in my science class, and unfortunatly luck is not on my side and when look down I find an incomplete popquiz that actually doesn't count towards our report mark, but still get detention if we hand in an incomplete test.So imagine my expression, an A grade student, when I see Mrs Conwell taking in our papers.

You can do this Aubry!

Yeah... and I'll date a supermodel

I reached the 12th question when an impatient Mrs Conwell stood in front of me.

"Any day Miss Wilson..." she nagged

The whole class giggled but Mrs Conwell's glare was definitely not missed.

Slightly annoyed but mostly embarrassed, I handed in my paper. As Mrs Conwell was about to comment on it , it felt like the heavens had just opened as the bell rang for lunch.

"UHHGG!" I groan and slam my fist against the cold, hard metal. Things have just not gone my way at all today. First me falling asleep in class, my nightmares are coming back, I forget half of my notes at home and now I can't even remember my locker code!

"Not again.." Kelly drones on about how useless it is to have a combination if I can't remember it.

"21-10" She suddenly says

"What?" now I'm really worried about her.

"Your combination stupid, 21-10"

I engulf her in a giant bear hug while jumping up and down, leaving her squirming in my arms. "Your the bestest-estest person in the world Kels!"

"OKAY!! That's enough love from you today." she screams and squirms even more.

I let go of her and change my books in my now open locker and then Kelly and I head to the cafeteria.

The cafeteria was your normal high school cafeteria. Loud, stuffy and the social hub of most teenagers lives. As per usual you get your 'clicks'. You know.. the populars, the geeks, the mathletes, the jocks and then you get our group...the normal, everyday people.

Kelly and I join our other friends: Kingsley, Jennifer, Mel and her boyfriend, William.

Kingsley is the philosophical one in the group. She has brown eyes and black hair and is quite when you meet her but afterwards she talk. A lot. She's the one in the group that will stop arguments, but she can still fight for the things she believes in. Kingsley is also very into music. But not the normal music. She's into Rock, metal, indie, grunge, emo, etc.

Then there's Jennifer. She's the music nerd in our group but also one of my closest friends. Me and her have been competing for the highest marks ever since we met, but we don't argue about it. she has dirty blond hair and the most amazing eyes i have ever seen. She is a huge math geek but she's ours and the group wouldn't be the same without her. Hell, i don't think I'll very the same without her.

Thirdly we have Mel. Mel only has one word to describe her, a firecracker. She has a very strong opinion on a lot of things and is not afraid to say something about it. She is also very loud and headstrong but can be very shy at the same time.   She has long brown hair and caramel eyes.

Lastly we have William. I don't really know much about him. But he's tall that's for sure. William is a bit of a jock but still sweet. He's very charming but too affectionate if you ask me; but seems fine with it so I try to stay out of it.

"Aubry!"I look up to a very furious Kelly.

"Have you heard anything I've just said?!"I look at her with only guilt in my eyes.

"Sorry Kels, I must of banked out.." she rolls her eyes but still smiles at me.

"Well, we were just saying that we should go-"

She stoped talking and the whole cafeteria was dead silent.

Hellooooo peoples

Im Teneille and this is my first book so imagining still getting the hang of it... although if i don't finish the book then i probably forgot about it. i will try and update as much as i can but my school is currently busy with Exams so i need to study. Please don't be rude about it if you are going to comment. i also might make a few grammar errors, i do try to be careful with that but we are human and then there's auto-correct so i want to apologise in advance. Most of all...enjoy the book.

I'm not making a character list so imagine who you think the characters should look like.
