Damian returned to Titans Tower to see Superboy sitting on the sofa watching TV. He looked around.
"Where is everyone?"
"Mission"
"Why didn't you alert me?!"
"Relax. It's only Control Freak"
Damian relaxed and went to his room to unpack. He had thought a lot about the stories he was told about the crushes his brothers had and how they handled them. He didn't want to turn out like them. He didn't want to screw up or get..hurt. He was so lost in thought that he didn't even notice a soft knock on his door.

Damian turned to see the girl he spent all weekend thinking about. She was still in her Kid Flash costume and her soft girls were tatty. She gave him a small smile as she entered. Something was bothering her because she usually was noisy and sped into a room not knocked.
"How was the mission?"
"Control Freaks on his way to jail"
"Good."
"Hey, can I ask you something?"
"It depends on what it is you wish to ask"
"Do you like ice-cream?"
"Doesn't everyone?"
They both smile at one another.
"I've got a coupon and a hungry belly if you want to go?"
"Is the rest of the team ready to go?"
"I didn't invite the rest of the team. I thought it could be just me... And you.. Together"
He just smiles.
"I'll buy. My father won't mind a few hundred dollars missing"
She beamed at him as they both blush shyly at each other.

Dick, Tim and Jason were crying with laughter. Damian scowled but he couldn't hide his blush.
"Oh man- hahaha- she asked you out!"
"After all this time-hahah"
Cassandra, Barbara and Stephanie glared at the boys.
"And what's wrong with a girl asking a boy?!"
"It's the guy who needs to ask"
"You sexiest pigs!"
"Run!"
Jason, Dick and Tim ran for their lives as the girls chased them. Bruce, Alfred and Damian were the only ones in the Batcave. Alfred began to clean up and Bruce stood beside Damian.
"A speedster huh?"
"A cat?"
"Touché"
