What have you done?

Chapter 2

-Adrien-

  Its going to be a long day.

   As Chloe lunged for Mari I froze. As Chat Noir I would have defended her, but right now I was Adrien and I could not do anything. It was all a blur. Chloe lunged for Marinette she swiftly dodged her tactless attach without touching her. Making Chloe fall to the ground. Marinette turned around to sit down in her seat, then expectantly Chloe jumped up and put Mari in a choke hold. Then she punched Mari three times in the face. Marinette just stood their letting Chloe abuse the living day-lights out of her . I had finally had enough when I saw Mari bleeding in multiple places on her face and arms. I grabbed Chloe by her waist and pulled her off of Mari. I took a look at the rest of the class and saw them wide eyed looking at Marinette then at Chloe. I gave a squirming Chloe to Kim as I went back to look at Mari. She looked at me with her bruised face and petit body and collapsed. Before I knew it I was catching her before she hit her head on the edge of the desk. I had her in my Arms when a crying Alya came next to me on the phone with 911. I gave a look at Nino to notice he was crying too. That's when I  noticed that I was crying too.

  "Why didn't she fight back?" Alex asked from behind me. "I don't know Alex, I really don't." I responded sadly. Alya had gotten off the phone and came next to us on the floor, I cradling her head on my lap in the floor. The teacher had left to go get the principle real quick. "The paramedics are on their way." Alya said as she stood up and went to Nino. "Adrien"  Marinette mumbled weakly. "Yes Mari I'm right here, I'm not going to leave your side I promise." I said as I stroked her cheek and lifted up my shirt that she was wearing and noticed a big purple and black bruise in her torso. It had been there for a while. "Oh my God." Alya said as she put her head in the crook in Nino's neck. "It hurts Adrien." she told me as more tears streamed down my cheeks. In the background I heard Alya give out a sob. "Its okay Marinette you'll be okay I promise." I said s the paramedics came in the classroom. "Don't leave me Adrien she said as blood poured from her mouth and onto my flannel. "Can I ride with her?" I asked. "Are you her boyfriend?" he asked. "Something like that." I said with a halph-hearted smirk.

 We went in the hospital and they made me wait outside of the room. I called her parents and while waiting for when I could see her again I feel asleep.
