Kaitlin Craner had a fairly normal life in New York. She shared an apartment with her friend Casey and Casey's son Blake. They did what normal "families" in New York did, spend time together, shop, see Broadway and lots of walking.
One thing was different about Kaitlin from most -- she is a Private Investigator. Her jobs are either for the NYPD or the rich and/or famous. She has investigated all things from missing or stolen children to drug deals gone wrong to a missing pet for a president once.
