18th Birthday

" Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday Arabella, Happy Birthday to you!"  I blow out my candles and smile as  I look around at all my friends and family. My mom had truly outdone herself this year by throwing me a huge surprise birthday party. When I asked her why it had to be so big she simply shrugged and said, " I don't know, you deserve the best." I decided not to question her on the real reason and just let her plan.." "Arabella!" "Huh?" "What did you wish for?", my best friend Cleo yelled at me. I looked around and noticed everyone had been staring at me while I was in my small daydream. I smirk and say, " A true magician never reveals its secrets." The party was a blast I danced with my friends all night, yelling songs out from my soon to be sore throat. I must say this was hands down my best birthday even though my mom and dad always ensured I had the best birthday parties every year. We arrived home at around 3am and i was literally a walking zombie. I faced the stairs that seem everlasting and began to ponder why my mom and dad lived in a mansion when it was only the three of us but was interrupted when my dad put his hand my shoulder. "We actually have one more present for you sweetheart.", he said while he handed me a small box. I looked at him with a confused face but nevertheless opened the box. I was slightly puzzled to find a piece of paper with some information on it. "Go ahead and read it Bell.", my mom urged. It read, "NAME-ARABELLA MALIA WOLF, TYPE- AVATAR, SOULMATE - XAVIER KAI SMITH, PURPOSE ON EARTH- TO PROTECT THE RULE OF THE ELEMENTS FOREVER" "Wha-What does this even mean?, What am I?", I cried out on the verge of tears "Oh, honey don't cry .
