You talk to me like I'm nothing
(Nothing more than an object to you)
With vinegar soaked words
Poorly veiled by honeyIt's truly awful how I'm such a bitch
(And how I'll never return your affections)
Because you're "such a nice guy"
And its "just right to give him a chance"Late at night you pour your heart out
(And thrust it upon me)
An unwelcome weight clasped
Around my wristsWeighing me down
(Dragging me in to the dirt)
Filling my lungs with cement
My soul with rocksIt took all my power
(It took all my courage)
To say no to you
You mock me every day for the decisionI will never like you
(You will never truly like me)
Your affection is misplaced infatuation
I'm not your prize, your girl, your babyI am mine alone
