This is kind of a crossover between Brandon Urie from Panic! At The Disco and a little smidge of an anime called Hetalia. You don't have to really know much about the last one, as it'll get explained.
Next up, I don't any songs from Patd, those belong to Brandon Urie and crew. Hetalia belongs to Himaruya Hidekaz.
In the beginning of the story, he'll be a rather single pringle. No messing with his mind. Yet. He also won't be famous either.
