Applejack promised her poor beaten friend.Applejack soon picked her up and put Twilight on her back and carried her to the hospital. Applejack paced the floors wondering what would become of Twilight before she knew it all of her friends were there. "What happened?" Asked Spike. "I don't know I just found her like this." Answered Applejack. "Who in all of Equestria would want to hurt Twilight?" Asked Rarity. "Maybe it was some pony who thought Twilight was a threat and wanted to get rid of her."
