Over the weekend I managed to go buy some food and clothes. Mainly jeans and shirts. No dresses for this girl.

Finally when Monday came I felt myself get up earlier than 5:00am. Being a S.H.I.E.L.D agent meant you had to wake up when the sun was still not wanting to show itself.

I pulled my hair into a ponytail and pulled on some skinny jeans with a plain shirt and a blue hoodie over the top. I managed to apply some mascara and some lipgloss but the idea of spending hundreds on just blush made me sick.

I put on my converse that I bought, black this time.

I grabbed my bag and raced out the door but not before turning off the little button under the light switch.

I ran to get on the bus and felt eyes turn to me as I got on. I just made my way to a random seat and stared right ahead.

I jumped off the bus with my stomach jumping like a crazy nut.

The school looked big. No where near as big as a S.H.I.E.L.D compound but it was big. I started walking across the grounds when someone fell in front of me dropping their books. I looked over and saw two jocks laughing.

"Oh poor Parker. Maybe if you weren't such a coward and joined the football team then you would have some will to fight back sissy."

Another boy chuckled. "Yeah and some muscle."

I looked down at the boy they had shoved and saw him. It was Peter. I held my hand out and he grabbed it.

"Thanks." He looked at me and looked shocked. "Hey, you're the girl who moved in aren't you?"

I shrugged. "Yep, are you alright?"

He just chuckled half heartedly. "Last week they chucked me in the bin. This wasn't as bad."

I picked up a book and handed it to him. "Spiders? Didn't think you'd be into something like that but hey. I've only met you once."

He took it from me quickly and tucked it under his arm awkwardly "We have to cut them up in science. People prefer killing spiders over frogs."

I was horrified. "I hope I don't have to do it."

He pulled his bag over his shoulder. "Well it all depends. How old are you?"

"Fifteen." I wasn't sure if I was allowed to say that so I made a mental note to hit my head on something later.

Peter stared at me. "I'm fifteen too. So sorry but you're gonna be doing a little investigating in the area of spiders."

I laughed on the inside. You have no idea.

He started walking and I followed. "You mind showing me where the principals office is?"

He pointed down the hall. "It's the third door on your right. Sorry I've got to get to class. See you later."

I counted the doors down the hall until I found the right one and knocked on it slowly.

"Come in." I heard a woman's voice from the inside and I opened the door hearing it creak.

"Oh Miss Grace please take a seat."

The woman looked in her late twenties. She had red hair pulled up into a Ponytail and brown eyes hidden under some eyeliner and mascara.

She was wearing a black suit paired with black heels that made her stand a little taller.

I sat down and put my bag on the floor.

She smiled started rummaging through her desk.

"Ah here we are. Aila Grey." She picked it up and handed it to me.

"Here is your schedule dear. You might need to ask around to find a classroom but I know you will catch on soon. I hope you find it enjoyable here and that you will have a lovely first day."

She stood up and extended her hand. "I am Principal Jones."

I put my folder under my arm and shook it smiling. "Thank you."

She walked to the door and opened for me to exit which I didn't mind doing.

She closed the door and I scrunched my eyebrows. "Aila Grey?" I chuckled.

I didn't know my real name so Fury just called me Agent Grace when Coulson asked about me when I was younger. It's stuck ever since.

I pulled out my schedule. "Well I'm too late for biology so I guess I'll just wait outside engineering. If I can find it."

I found it eventually and the class had already gone in. I walked in and was greeted by a man who looked in his fifties. "Ah you must be the new girl. My name is Mr Sean."

I smiled. "Aila Grey."

He nodded and extended his hand out to the desks. "Try and find one if you can."

I smiled and started walking down the middle row and a boy pushed his friend out of his seat. "You can sit here if you'd like." He winked and I wanted to hit him in his crooked teeth.

I walked further and found a desk near the back right window.

I put my bag down and Mr Sean started talking again.

I quickly realised I didn't know what book it needed. I looked over at the person sitting next to me and tapped on their shoulder. Or should I say. Peters shoulder.

He looked surprised since he obviously was too busy to see me come in a minute ago. "Are you following me or something."

I rolled my eyes. "I'm in this class. What book do I need?"

He quickly put his book down but not before I read the title. Tony Stark tech.

Peter pulled the right book from his bag and showed it to me. Household engineering.

I pulled the same book from my bag and placed it on my desk. "I'd prefer to read the other one."

Peter's eyes went wide. "Oh umm right. Yeah me too."

I stared at him and watched as he clumsily opened the engineering book to the right chapter and pretend to read.

It was at that moment I knew that something was up. I wasn't sure what and I didn't know if it had to do something with my mission but there was something intriguing about Peter Parker.

Something that made me want to stare at him for a little too long. He was surprising, and I wanted to know more.
