"Have a nice day, honey!" Thomas Heisle yelled out to his daughter, waving his hand like a madman.

"Yeah, yeah..." Adeline gave a small wave back as her dad drove out of the drop-off line, leaving her at the hell grounds. Walking up to O'Connor High School was quite the trip, whether it included hallucinations or not.

"Hey!" Adeline jumped as someone pulled her from behind. Riley stood behind her eyes wide awake and perky...well everything was really. Riley pulled her iPhone from her letterman jacket, a "great buy from amazon-and it has Stiles's last name and lacrosse number on the back!"

"You won't believe what happened last night!" Riley always had all the gossip, no she wasn't that popular, she just isn't really noticed much.

"What?!" While Adeline may have seemed like the basic bitches, inside she was just as sarcastic and dirty minded as the rest of us. 

"Ethan just broke up with Brittany!" Riley said, squealing like a pig.  Ethan Dolan was the man-whore of the school and his twin brother, Grayson has never been kissed. And they say twins are supposed to be alike. 

"And I'm supposed care because?" Adeline rose an eyebrow. It's not like Adeline hated Ethan, she DESPISED him. 

"Because you have a huge crush on him, DUH!" 

Adeline gasped in distaste, "I DO NOT HAVE A CRUSH ON ETHAN DOLAN!!!" Adeline couldn't believe it, what has the world come to?

"Uhhh, yeah you do."

"No, I am absolutely sure I do not have a crush on him!"

"Adeline," Riley put a caring hand on Adeline's shoulder, "It's called romantic hate."

"What the hell is romantic hate?" Adeline pulled open the door to the school as Riley followed behind. 

"It's when you hate someone, but have a connection with them." Riley said, "It's pretty obvious you like him,Adeline" All of a sudden the door slammed into Adeline's face.

"Ah!"Adeline jumped back in surprise. 

"OH MY GOD!!!" Riley practically screamed, "Adeline look!" 

"Oh no." Right in front of Adeline's face was a slip of paper, and this wasn't just any paper, it was the paper that would change her life forever. 

"PROM!!" Riley exclaimed, "Oh my god, I need a date. Oh my god, it's in 3 weeks!"

"3 WEEKS?! I need a date too!" 

"Hey.... I know who your date can be..." Riley smirked.

"NO, I am not going with Ethan."Adeline glared at her, "How 'bout you go with Grayson?" 

"Haha...funny." Riley blushed, "But seriously, we need dates, like right now."

As the two girls started another day at the famous O'Connor High School, they needed a date to prom, and they would do just about anything to get one.
