Chapter 3.

-“Hi girls!” I said when I saw Annie and her friend sun tanning on a big towel giggling about something.

-“What are you laughing about?” I asked with a smile.

-“We were talking about when you ran into that boy and fell! You looked really funny!” she answered and burst out in laughter with her friend.

-“Ha ha, really funny but that really hurt.” I said laughing sarcastic.

-“I have some cold water for your head if it still hurts” a boy’s voice said behind me.

-“Who are you?” my little sister asked to the boy. I was surprised when she asked because awkwardly, I didn’t know his name either.

-“I’m Louis, the boy who she ran into because you chased her.” He said and laughed.

-“My teddy bear at home is called Louis too” Annie answered with a big smile on her face.  

-“So, are you going to let me help you?” he said with a small and cute smile turning his face at my way.

-“Oh, ehm…. I think I’m alright” I said and smiled back.

-“Don’t lie to me, I heard what you said so come and I’ll help you with your head. Maybe you’re having a bump on your head that needs to get cooled.” Louis said with a big smile and grabbed my arm in his smooth hand.   

-“Ok, doctor” I answered and blushed madly. Luckily he didn’t saw me blush since I was almost dragged by him. When we came to his towel he threw the water bottle to me. Surprisingly I caught it, then placing the cool bottle in the back of my head. It felt so good that I had to sit down in the sand.

-“Nice, huh?” he said with a cheeky smile.

-“Yeah, I guess you were right doctor” I answered with a small laugh.

-“Of course I am right” he said proudly and sat next to me in the sand. Then we kept on talking for an hour about everything. He talked about how he loves to play soccer and that he has sisters. I talked about my little sister and that I like dancing and playing soccer but just for fun. We kept on talking until he suddenly asked;

-“Why aren’t your boyfriend here?”

-“Cause I don’t have one ….” I said quiet.

-“What?” he said seriously.

-“Well, I-I just b-broke up with a guy” I said extremely quiet. Wow, this was harder than I thought it would be. I decided to not mention that Jake was the guy.

-“Oh, what happened? If it’s ok I ask?” he asked with a caring voice.

-“Ehm…..yeah…of course you can ask” I said slowly while I thought about what I could say whitout spoil something i shouldn't. “He…ehm… found someone better than me and yeah…..cheated….so I-ended-the-relationship-not-long-ago” I said in one breath.

-“You know what?” It’s his lost that he betrayed and lost a beautiful girl like you.” he said with a cheeky smile.

-“Thanks Louis, that’s very sweet of you to say” I answered and we looked into each other eyes and it wasn’t awkward at all, we just looked into each other’s eyes with a smile on our faces’.  

-“Hey again!” Chloe said with her high pitched voice.

-“Hi Chloe” Louis said and looked up to her perfect body. Gosh, I hated that she looked amazing in bikini and I looked worse. She is skinny, almost too skinny, and works out a lot.

-“Where is Jake?” Louis asked Chloe.
