Chapter 1: Hello, Stranger

 I walk into Starbucks to get an iced tea before school.

I have my books in one hand and my tea in the other. I'm heading out the door when suddenly...

"OUCH" My books fall to the floor and I spill my tea all over myself.

"Woah!"

I hear a guy's voice.

"Watch where you're going will ya?!" I say as I look up at him.

"Oh my gosh, I am so sorry about that!" He picks up my books and hands them to me, but all I can do is stare at him.

"Are you okay?" He asks me while grabbing some napkins to clean me up.

I look him in his eyes "Y-Yeah..I'm okay"

He smiles at you, "Good, now let me buy you another drink"

"Ohh no! You don't have to do that!" I say and smile up at him.

"Please, I insist. I have enough for the both of us." He smiles back.

I practically melt by his smile. His perfect golden hair, his brown eyes, and his smile. He's perfect. At that moment, I just wanted to say "hey, wanna go out?" but I didn't dare. He buys our drinks and hands mine to me. Our hands accidentally touch, his skin is so soft.

"So, what's your name," He asks, trying to start a conversation.

"Um..um. Ariana. But my friends call me Ari. And yours?"

"I'm Riker." He says and extends his arm to shake my hand. This is the one chance to touch his soft smooth skin, so I shake his hand.

"Nice to meet you." We both smile. I look at the clock, "Oh shoot! I have to go, I'm gonna be late to school!" I head out the door and wave back at him.

"It was nice meeting you again!" And I head off to school.
