Neru's POV

It was Rin, Len, and I. We were all on our way to school in middle October. We were all happy as can be thinking of our plans for the Halloween dance at school which was 2 days before Halloween. "Neru I think you should curl your hair!" Rin squealed jumping up and down in front of me and Len. "Rin...for the bulbillionth time....I WILL CHOOSE AND I WILL CHOOSE SO ZIP IT OR I WILL FORSE YOU TO WEAR YOUR HAIR IN PIGTAILS FOR THE REST OF THE SCHOOL YEAR!!" I yelled at Rin making Len laugh and Rin to pout. "okay then be that way Mrs. Kagamine!" Rin shouted running which was the right thing to do. I ran after her with my hand leaving Lens. Rin always teased me for Len and I liking each other, and not dating. Once I caught up to her, I pulled her back into a hug that wasn't so friendly. "hey Rin! I got chu~!" I laughed squeezing her tightly while she squealed making me laugh harder. "RINNNN!" I yelled as I felt a sharp pain in my arm. Rin took off again dancing. "god damn you Rin!" I yelled getting up and examined my arm which had teeth marks by Rin. I was put into a hug from behind knowing it was Len by his laugh. "she bit me!" I laughed showing him my arm. "oh wow she still bites." he joked rubbing it. "so what time is it?" I asked as we began walking again. "eek...let's just say we have 10 more minutes until school starts." Len said taking out his hand. I blushed lightly and put my hand in his before we both ran catching many eyes of others making us speed up not wanting to cause trouble in certain ways. Let's say just about every girl in school had a crush on Len, and all the girls hated me, but all the boys hated the girls because they liked me....I had known Rin and Len all my life. I was born 1 month and 28 days before them, and my mom was best friends with their mom. We never moved, they never moved. Not that we wanted to, but we were so low on money to where I stayed with them for a couple years. I now live with my older step sister in an apartment just a block away. My mom and dad come to visit rarely which is when my step sister leaves and goes to the bar. "w-we made it!" Len said as we both stopped running out of breath. "that's g-good." I said half fiving him. We walked inside the school to see Rin and Teto having a fight. "fight! Fight! Fight!" there was a crowd and everything. We ran over to Rin to only be pulled away. "Len!! Neru!!" Rin screamed punching Teto in the face, and ran to us. "Rin!" we screamed back as Len and I were separated. "NOOO! Let go!" I cried trying to reach for lens hand. "WHAT IS GOING ON?!" The principle came running over from his office. The people that were pulling me and Len away had already ran off making me grab lens hand and to be pulled over. "Rin started it!" Teto yelled angrily spitting blood at me and Len. "watch it you pink haired creep!" Rin yelled back as teachers pulled her back. "you all are suspended! In my office now!" the principle yelled pointing at Teto, Rin, len, and me. Len helped me up carefully as Teto and others glared at us with jealousy. "Len, neru! You don't understand! Teto kept on saying non-sense about you guys and I had to do something!! I'm sorry!" Rin cried on her knees in front of us. I knew she didn't mean any harm or trouble to us....but I don't think Len did. "Rin it's okay let's just go." Len said giving her a hand to get up. We nervously walked to the principles office knowing we were in huge trouble. This was a magnet school for music, and normally you'd be kicked out if this happened. "tell me everything." the angry brunette snapped slamming his hands on the desk. "okay...Neru and I walked to school with Rin until Rin ran away and all, so we ran to the school and saw the rest." Len said confidently looking at me as I nodded. "okay...so Rin move your mouth." the principle said glaring at Rin. "okay but I'd prefer you speak to me with respect mr. Hiyama." Rin growled glaring at Teto and the principle. "RIN JUST TELL ME YOUR POINT OF VIEW IN THIS SITUATION OR YOU ALL WILL BE KICKED OUT OF THIS SCHOOL SO SPEAK!!!" he yelled loudly making us all look at Rin. "Rin. please." I said starting to cry knowing he wasn't kidding. "I-I know and lens point to where I walked into the school to hear Teto yelling at her friend miki about Len and Neru so I walked over to her and pushed her into a locker...then she fought back!" Rin yelled standing up. "okay thank you Rin and now someone is getting kicked out. Rin, it's Neru if you lose, and Len if you win. Worlds end dancehall. Get ready." he said looking at all of us and opened the door for us all to leave. "No!" Rin screamed as Len and I caught glances. "I'm not as good as you. Rin it's okay just win so Len can stay." I said looking at my feet making Lens eyes widen and pull me in a hug. "no!" he began to cry softly making Rin start to go back and forth on her knees with her hands on her head. "GET OUT OF MY OFFICE OR YOU ALL WILL GET KICKED OUT!!" mr. Hiyama shouted as Len carried me out of the office leaving Rin. "it's not fair!! Kick me out instead!" Rin screamed getting up and banged her fist on the desk. I scrambled out of lens arms, and walked over to the mr. Hiyama. I raises my fist to his face and punched him in the eye. "I'm leaving because its not fair and Rin and Len deserve being here more than I ever do." I said walking out of the school. "no Neru! Please don't leave!" Len ran after me as I turned around to close the door. I took my hair clip out of my hair, and stuffed it on the outside lock knowing the door wouldn't open. He banged on the door slipping down to his knees crying and screaming no. Tears fell from my eyes with out me knowing. "I-I'm sorry Len!" I cried falling to my knees not giving a single care for how much they hurt. I put my hand on the glass making him look up and do the same. I smiled wiping my tears with my other hand. In seconds, I felt rough hands grab my shoulders as Len banged on the door even more making a large crack appear on the glass. "I'm sorry Len." I wispered getting out of the grasp and ran away as fast as I could to the school fence climbing over it scraping my knees on the bricks. I looked down from the wall and jumped down falling on my bleeding knees. I yelped in pain loudly as I tried to get up. Once I was up, I put my hair in a better ponytail then taking off over to my treehouse only Rin, Len and I only knew about. I did the combination, and carefully climbed in hitting my knee making me scream. I looked for a first aid kit I knew we didn't have. Instead, I ripped off my tie, and tightly wrapped it around my worst knee screaming in pain. I looked at my other knee thinking what I could use. I heard a quiet knock at the treehouse door remembering I took the lock and I was sitting on the door. "neru?" a familiar sad voice called out from the other side. I crawled away as best as I could trying to help open the door. Once they came inside I fell over to them in a hug. "I'm so sorry len!" I cried endlessly into his shoulder for a couple of minutes after they hugged me back tightly. "it's okay Neru...just know that....well....I love you....and I'll make sure you will always be my angel that stays with me every possible chance." I smiled pushing my face deeper in their shoulder still crying. "thank you...I love you to." I felt my cheeks get warmer telling him that I loved him, but I don't regret it. I heard his heart beat go faster, as he brought my head up. I looked into his beautiful blue eyes, as his head got closer to mine. I closed my eyes, and brought my head up closer making our lips meet.
