Jake POV

As soon as school was over I drove to the pack house and mind linked every one in the pack. Because I turned 17 I was now the alpha of the pack.

"The future Luna is coming over to the pack house. I want every room cleaned and training will be postponed. She is human so no talk of were's or pack business around her. Understood?"

"Yes alpha." was my immediate reply. I got home at around 3:00. For the next half hour I went and checked every room to make sure it was clean enough for Zoey. I just finished cleaning my room when I heard Zoey's car pull up.

I raced down to stairs and pulled the door open just as she stepped on to the porch. "Wow....." we're the first words to come out of her mouth once she stepped into the pack house.

"Who are your friends?" she said eying the teen pack members in the living room and kitchen. "They live here. We spent so much time together when we were little that our parents let us all move in here." I continued once I saw her confused face.

"Ohhhh. So ready to get back to work?"

"S-sure. Follow me." I was extremely nervous while bringing her up to my room. The feeling only multiples when I realized she was going to be inside my room on my bed.

"This is it." I said as I walked inside my room. It has grey walls and a maroon bed spread. It had glow in the dark murals on the walls because my mom was making it up to me for moving.

"It's beautiful. I wish this was my room."

"It will be soon." I thought.

"Glad you like it." I said instead.

"So here's our work from last time and let's get to work."

With us both working it took about two hours to finish our paper. " That was fast." I said

"Yeah it was. I told my parents to come by at 9 because I thought it would have taken longer. You think I could stay over for 3 more hours?"

"Your more than welcome. Want to watch a movie? I have Netflix on the T.V."

"Sure. Want to watch 'Now You See Me?'"

"Yah. It's like my favorite movie!"

"Mine too." After our little conversation we both got comfortable on my bed. I started the movie and only made it about 15 minutes in until I looked over at Zoey.

She was staring intently at the screen. To get some type of reaction I put my hand on top of hers. Shocks immediately traveled up and down my arm.

Her eyes traveled down to our hands and then back up to my face. We were staring at each other before I got the courage to finally speak up.

"Zoey, can I do something?" I asked in a whisper.

"Sure." She said in an equally quite voice.

"Just....tell me when to stop ok?" before she had a chance to answer I moved my free hand to cup her cheek. I brought my face down to hers. I let our lips brush before finally kissing her.

It started extremely gentle but before long I found myself licking her lips. I was surprised when she opened her mouth. my tongue plunged into hers and was almost shocked at what she tasted like. She tasted like peppermint candy.

I slowly pushed her down until I was hovering on top of her. I felt her roll her hips against mine and I swear I almost lost it. I broke the kiss so I could breath only to find myself placing kisses down her neck.

I was just over the place where her mark would go when I heard the credits come on and I slowly put some distance between us.

Just then I heard her parents car pull in to the drive way.

"That was the best study session I've very had." she said.

"Your parents are here."I said wishing she didn't really have to go.

"I'll see you Monday."

"I'll pick you up."

"I'll be ready at 7:15"

"See you there. I'll walk you to the door." As I walked her back down I couldn't believe all the stuff that had happened this afternoon.

"Later Zoey." I said as she walked across the porch.

"Later Jake." and with that she was gone. Until Monday at least.

Never have I actually look forward to a Monday more in my life than every before.

That night I fell asleep with Zoey's scent every where in my room. It was by far the best sleep I have ever had. Period.
