*1 day later*
"Mom.....mom!?" You called down the stairs.
"Ughhhh" You groaned as you exited your room. You skipped down the stairs and into the kitchen where your mom sat at the table reading a magazine and drinking some coffee.
"Mom, I called for you upstairs."
"What do you want?" She replied.
"I wanted to know where my grey hoodie was." You stated plainly.
"Oh, it's in the dryer." She explained. "Where you headed to?" She asked after another sip from her mug.
"Well, you remember me telling you about Sam and Colby?" You asked enthusiastically.
"Yeah, what about them?" She asked plainly.
"Well they e-mailed me yesterday and asked if I wanted to move into their apartment with them in LA and I told them I would so I'm packi..." She interrupted,
"Woah.....who ever told you that you could go? And do you even personally know these boys? They could be old men looking to kidnap you and..." You then interrupted,
"Mom, trust me. It is them. I know their e-mail adress, pluuuss, they have been messaging me on Instagram about it and it is their accounts I promise you. If you really want to, you can come with me to the airport. And I'm 18, I don't need permission to go anywhere anymore. I'm an adult." You explained.
"Yes, because that explains why you still live with me..." She chuckled.
"Mom I told you, I don't have the money to buy my own place right now. And don't ask me how I'm going to have enough money to pay for a plane ticket because Sam and Colby are paying for my flight out." You assured her.
"Then how am I supposed to know you're safe if I can't even meet them?" She asked.
"Oh. Well you can buy your own ticket can't you?" You asked normally.
"Y/N..........you are such a hand full...." She replied.
You turned towards the stairs, with a smile on your face, and continued packing your suitcases.
