Alex's P.O.V
I feel my heart drop to my toes! Shit I think it's Mrs. Way. The mystery person steps closer to us, and I realize it's Mikey. A relieved sigh escapes my mouth.
"What the fuck, Mikes!" Gerard yells.
"Sorry! It sounded like someone was getting murdered back here! Jesus! Is this that Alex girl Ma was talking about, Gee?" Mikey asks. Gee? I giggle when Mikey calls him that. Let the puns begin.
"Yeah that's her." Gerard says. Mikey nods.
"I heard what you said to my mom." He says, sounding all pissed and serious. My breath he's caught in my throat. Is he gonna snitch?
I stop worrying when he bust out laughing and puts a hand on my shoulder. "That was the best thing I've heard. Like, you made my life. I'm happy that Gee's first girlfriend is a savage!" He says. I laugh too and so does Gerard.
"So, he's an ass?" I ask Gerard.
"Yes." Gerard hisses.
"Guilty!" Mikey says.
"Okay, so is there anything left to do for the girls today?" I ask no one in particular. Mikey looks down at his watch.
"Yeah...lights out is at 10 and it's...7:30." He informs me.
"What's happening now?" I ask.
"Well, there's a half hour left of free time, them at 8:00, there's a pillow fight in the girls lounge." He says. I cringe an he laughs.
"Well, I sure as hell don't want to go back to my dorm now, or go to a pillow fight. Even if I did want to go to a pillow fight, I couldn't. My neck is probably solid purple." I say. Gerard stared down at his shoes and Mikey is laughing.
"Damn....Gee!" He chokes out.
"Well, maybe he's a bit of an ass." I say to Gerard. He nods.
"Told ya!" He says.
"But he's a cool ass with a sense of humor." I say.
Mikey's cute, but not as cute as Gerard. Not even close.
"Exactly!" Mikey says.
"You're not an ass to her because she's way prettier than all your girlfriends!" Gerard says. Mikey rolls his eyes.
"Gee, dude, I had like 3 girlfriends. And it doesn't matter. Jesus don't get all worked up!" Mikey says.
"Bu-" Gerard's starts to say something but I cut him off.
"GEESUS!" I say and poke them both.
Mikey starts laughing so hard he has to hold his stomach. Gerard giggles and wraps an arm around me. Operation Gee pun is a success so far.
"That's great." Mikey says.
"Well, you were both being GEETARDS in my opinion." I say. Mikey shakes his head am smiles. Gerard closes his eyes and breaths in, but before long he's laughing too.
"That was funny." The brothers say in unison, them they both yell, "JINX!"
"GEENX!" I say. "Sorry, got a little out of control. I need a plan to get back to my dorm and shit for later. Fuck, I really, really, really would love to get high. Or drunk. I don't care as long as I'm not sober." Mikey seems taken aback by my odd outburst and furrows his eyebrows together.
"Same." Gerard says.
"Yeah, me too." Mikey confesses and nods. This is awkward as fuck. Mikey's cool as shit, just like I wanna be with just Gerard. Sigh.
"Well, my dealer is in jail an I doubt you two have connections, so let's think. Mikey, you don't have to be here, ya know that right?" He gasps and slaps his hand on his chest.
"BETCh!" He says. In laugh and Gerard rolls his eyes.
"Okay, this is serious, Mikes. We could get in serious trouble!" Gerard seethes.
"Well, you're the one that like, mouth raped her and made her look like fucking Barney!" Mikey yells. I cover my mouth so I don't laugh, even though he's talking shit about me, kinda I guess. I dunno.
"This isn't your business! Okay, asshole? Why are you here again?" Gerard says.
"I could hear you two from the damn road!" Mikey says. Ugh, sibling arguments are irritating but funny at the same time.
"Oh sure! You were probably spying on girls or something!" Gerard says.
"Hey guys I-" I try to stop them, but I'm rudely interrupted.
"Do you wanna know why I was really here, Gee?" Mikey whispers.
"Why?"
"Because I was looking for you! I went to Alex's room to see of you were there and I got into this long ass conversation with some dumb bitch about some Fun Erection band. She said they were better than Weezer ! Anyway, after that I heard weird shit coming from the trees!" Mikey says.
"That still doesn't exactly explain why you're here." Gerard says.
"I was trying to find you, um to, uh, ah tell you that...um..." Mikey stutters.
"What!"
"I'm gay!" Mikey says. A smile spreads across Gerard's face.
"I knew that already! Why didn't you tell me sooner?" Gerard says and hugs his brother. Mikey looks really relieved.
"Well, I was scared." He says.
Gerard rolled his eyes. "Scared? Really? Of what?"
"That you wouldn't, I don't know, accept me or something. I know that Ma and Dad would die." Mikey says.
I chime in, "Gay is great. Everyone is gay. Like, even if you aren't gay, you're still a little gay."
Gerard looks confused. I'm bisexual. I came out about it to my parents like 5 years ago and they completely flipped out. They would tell me dumb shit like, "It's that damn music she listens to!" And "The devil has her now!" I just like girls the same as I like guys. What's so bad about that? Fucking asses. Every time something goes right, they say Its because of God and he's so great and he has a plan and everything happens for a reason. Shit, shit, shit. Utter bullshit. But, if anything goes 'wrong', like your daughter being bisexual, God isn't the reason, it's music or a TV show. What. The. FUCK. Ever.
"That's the best thing I've heard all day. Sorry Gee." Mikey say.
"That's cool Mikes." He says.
"Okay, I'm gonna go. Ray's mom is dropping him off here sometime soon. He had shut to do earlier so that's why he's late." Mikey says and leaves.
"Rikey is real!" I angrily whisper in Gerard's ear once Mikey's gone. He makes a face.
"I've known them both forever and I do not want to imagine that." He says.
