Chapter 5: Escape

"Now then. Spill it." I said to the injured ninja who was groaning in pain as I grabbed him on his collar, and that's when I noticed that the person wasn't a guy since the voice he made was of a girl. The tattered clothes proved it more as the cleavage of her bosoms was showing and her underwear was noticeable. I was, in fact, getting aroused because of the girl in front of me was almost naked but then I had to get my priorities straight. And then her masked came off, revealing her haggard white hair and.... her beautiful face. Her eyes were as dark as the night sky, and her cheeks were naturally blushed that for a second, I almost fell in love with her.

"I don't know!" She raised her voice.

"Still not answering huh." Kimiko sat on her feet in front of the girl and smiled at her.

"You know. I'm actually a kind person." She smiled at the captured girl. Her kind tone and approving aura made the girl feel reassured. I supported Kimiko in what she said,

"Well, yeah she's right. Although she's kind of a 'bitch' sometimes– BUHO!" Before I could even finish what I was saying, Kimiko's fist landed on my stomach without even noticing. The pain wasn't that much, but it was enough to make me throw up and waste the meal that I ate this morning.

When I caught a glimpse of the girl, I saw her disgusted face, simply because of what she just witnessed. Her gaze shifted to Kimiko which was pissed off with what I just said. Kimiko's aura changed from a beautiful and merciful angel to a punishing devil, ready to torture its prisoner. Of course, who would want to be punished by a devil, even I wouldn't want that. So the girl started to get anxious of what could happen to her. At the same time, Kimiko started speaking and in turn made the girl jumped in surprise because, well, she (and I say bitch-Kimiko) is scary.

"Like I was saying, I'm a kind person. But if you make me angry or annoyed," Kimiko's voice became deep and her eyes boiling with anger. She sounded like the devil from the underworld that just came on the surface, "You'll end up like the people who came with you and this guy right here." She said as she pointed her fingers on me while I was still holding my stomach.

"HEEE-!!!" She screeched, terrified of Kimiko's threatening words.

"Well, now. Are you going to tell us where Arvin is or not?" She smiled at the girl, joining her hands as if begging for her to give the answer right away. The girl started to get hysterical. She began sweating, dizziness was evident and her eyes started moving uncontrollably, and then she answered, stuttering.

"H-he is near the university b-b-being built. Th-th-th-the-there is an abandoned warehouse near that. He's together with the commander."

"Ok then. That's just what we need. Thank you for cooperating!"

"Huwaaa~"

And then soon enough, the girl fainted because of the pressure that she received from Kimiko.

Kimiko got surprised when the girl fainted, and she wasn't even aware that the reason why she did is because of her. Kimiko gave me a curious look and just answered her with a shrug telling her I had no idea. Of course, I know the reason, and I'm sure that anyone would also know why the poor girl fainted. I just don't want to get another punch from this crazy girl.

After dealing with the pain that I had from my stomach, I stood up and removed the dirt from my jeans. Who knew Kimiko would actually pull off that interrogation?

"So, what are we waiting for? Chioni Season?" she asked showing her impatience towards me.

"Of course not. We'll wait for the Pnevma Festival. A little earlier than that." I answered sarcastically. Kimiko just stared at me blankly without even batting an eye and not saying a word about what I just said. Maybe she was dumbfounded? But if she were, for what reason? Before I could even draw a conclusion, Kimiko spoke.
