Today. Today was the day Castiel Novak would board the RMS Titanic, the largest ocean liner in the world. His brothers and sisters had talked about it for ages, and now the time has finally come.

Castiel and others observed the gigantic ship in awe. People around him whispered that the boat was practically "unsinkable", and he ran a hand over the boarding pass sitting in his pocket. Castiel's mother had sent him a ticket to visit her overseas. Just the thought of boarding a large ship like that made him feel like the luckiest man alive, not to mention that she had paid for a first-class ticket.

The Southampton harbor was filling up with people now. Some were just bystanders, but most were very rich-looking people with fancy automobiles and suits. Castiel took in a deep breath, and picked up his trunks and suitcases. Officers stood outside the ship's boarding entrance, taking passengers' tickets as they went on with excitement. Castiel hurried towards the officer loading in the first-class passengers before stumbling and throwing his things everywhere.

The harbor was too busy and full for anyone to notice his fall, but Castiel's face heated up anyway in embarrassment. He got back up, dusting off his trench coat that was already covered in dust and dirt. He went to grab his things when he saw another man picking them up as well.

"Um, excuse me," Castiel said loudly over the bustle of people. The tall man looked up, and his eyes widened slightly.

"Sorry, are these your's?" He nodded and the man handed them over. "Please, let me help you."

Before Castiel could protest, the man was already done picking up his things. He muttered out a farewell, before walking towards the ship with both hands shoved inside his coat pockets. Castiel squinted his eyes curiously at the odd gesture, before shrugging and moving on. The officer that was letting people on made him pause as he walked up to him.

"Ticket, please." Castiel rested his chin on the top of his things and used his knee to keep them steady. He reached in and pulled out the first-class ticket from his pocket. The officer took it from him and examined it before smiling.

"Enjoy your voyage, sir."

When Castiel got up to the deck and finally put his things down, he surveyed the area. Men and woman far fancier than he could ever dream of talked and laughed around him. It was simply breathtaking. An older man walked past him with an 'excuse me' before Castiel was pulled back into reality. He nodded at the man, and decided to find his stateroom.

Dean Winchester sat on the deck of the Titanic looking around the harbor. Dean had gotten past the medical inspection, but his younger sibling had fallen behind. Now his brother was nowhere in sight, but before he could stand up to look for him, he sat next to him.

"Hey, Sammy. Ready to go home?" Dean looked over at his brother with a grin. Sam smiled back before looking up at the morning sky.

"I mean, England was great and all, but yeah. I really want to go back to Kansas. See Dad and stuff."

The two brothers sat in silence before Sam frowned.

"Wait, you actually went through the inspection, right?"

Dean snorted, rolling his eyes to say yes. He continued watching the people hurry around the harbor, carrying trunks full of things. Soon they would be off and they would come home to their dad, Dean thought. He let out a breath he didn't know he was holding. Sam glanced over at him.
