It was a perfect mid-spring afternoon at West Morris Central High School in Long Valley, NJ.
The Dolan's had been going to this school as long as they could remember, which was quite a long time.
So had Maya Bradley. She was also a junior at West Morris Central High School. Although she was in the same year as Ethan and Grayson, she didn't know them all that well.
That would change within the next few days.
She'd only occasionally talk to them if she needed to, for instance, like asking for homework or working on a project together. She didn't really care much for either of them so she tried to stay with her own crowd.
The twins also tried to stay with their own friends too, mainly because of how the students at school treated them. They were either made fun for their fame or used for fame. Nobody truly wanted to be their friends at school expect Anthony and Landon.
The twins were good friends with a lot of people outside of school though, like Nate Garner, Alex Aiono, Cameron Dallas and plenty of other people. In fact, they were going on tour as soon as school finished.
With the end of school right around the corner, the twins were becoming more active on social media and updating their fans. But tons of hate had been happening lately and it was starting to become too much.
It wasn't your average hate, this, this was far more. They were getting a group of people threatening them, hoping for them to get severely hurt and starting hate pages about them. But mostly they were getting death threats.
Most of the time they just blocked the users or ignored it and let their managers handle it, but it was getting out of control.
They were told the most they could do was not go on social media, which was near to impossible. So instead, they did their best to ignore it.
This was probably the last normal morning Ethan, Grayson, and Maya would experience.
