What Am I?

I'm warm, but not hot
I'm cool, but not cold
I'm a child, but not a kid
I'm mature, but not an adult
I'm alive, but not living
I'm dying, but not dead
I'm a girl, but not girly
I'm a Tom boy, but my name isn't Tom nor am I a boy
I'm fast, but I'm not quick
I'm outwardly clean, but dirty minded
I'm clever, but stupid
I'm complicated, but simple
I hear, but don't listen
I'm bad, but not evil
I wish, but I don't hope
I teach, but I'm not a tutor nor a teacher
I'm quiet, but not silent
I'm selfish, but not greedy
I'm loved, but not adored
I'm crazy, but not mad
I'm thin, but not lean
I'm pretty, but not beautiful
I'm well known, but not famous
I write poetry, but not a poet
I write stories, but not an author
I'm Italian, but not born in Italy
I'm Jess, Jessica, little poet, but just another girl

I guess it's a teen thing, but I find throughout my 13 years I've been struggling to find out who I am. Everyone asks you who will you be when you grow up, and I always struggled with my answer, so that poem was just a peak inside my mind :)
